Fortín, Ver. – Un grupo de mujeres presentará una denuncia en contra de integrantes de Morena y del candidato Gerardo Rosales, por amenazas y secuestro.

Lo anterior, luego de que esta tarde gente del partido de Morena, entre ellos

Carlos Soto hermano del actual regidor 1 de Morena , Jesús Chama y Alonso García viveros dueño de pollos Charly llegaron armados en un automóvil y una camioneta hasta la casa de la señora N.

Los morenistas amenazaron a la dueña de la vivienda que se encontraba en una reunión de Natura, amenizándolas y acusándolas de estar repartiendo despensas, por lo que no las dejaban salir del domicilio.

“Estas son las tácticas grupo de morena Fortín, represión, hostigamiento hacia las mujeres  argumentando que estaban comprando votos . Hacemos un llamado al gobernador Cuitláhuac García a que estos delincuentes sean procesados por amenazas y portación ilegal de armas de fuego , violencia de género y lo que resulte”, dijeron.

Hasta el sitio llegó personal del Ople donde tras una inspección no detectó ningún acto incriminatorio de reparto de despensas.

Xocotla anuncia medidas contra perros sueltos y genera polémica

Coscomatepec, Ver.– Un comunicado emitido por la Agencia Municipal de Xocotla desató inconformidad entre habitantes de esa comunidad, luego de que se advirtiera que, a partir del 9 de agosto, estará prohibido mantener perros sueltos en la vía pública y que quienes incumplan podrían ser citados e incluso sancionados.

El documento establece que los propietarios tendrán una semana para resguardar a sus mascotas y señala que para el 16 de agosto “todos deben estar amarrados”.

Asimismo, anuncia que ese día autoridades comunitarias realizarán recorridos para fotografiar a los perros que permanezcan en las calles, solicitar información a vecinos para identificar a sus dueños y, posteriormente, citarlos al palacio de la comunidad, donde incluso podrían hacerse acreedores a una multa.

La publicación provocó críticas entre pobladores, quienes consideran que la Agencia Municipal podría estar excediendo sus atribuciones al anunciar posibles sanciones sin precisar el fundamento jurídico que las respalda, por lo que calificaron la medida como un presunto abuso de autoridad.

Si bien especialistas y organizaciones dedicadas al bienestar animal coinciden en que los propietarios tienen la obligación de impedir que sus mascotas deambulen libremente por la vía pública, también advierten que ello no significa mantenerlas permanentemente amarradas.

La Ley de Protección a los Animales para el Estado de Veracruz tiene como objetivo garantizar el bienestar, el trato digno y evitar el maltrato y la crueldad hacia los animales.

Además, en su artículo 28 considera sancionables diversos actos de maltrato y crueldad, por lo que mantener a un perro atado de forma permanente, sin condiciones adecuadas de bienestar, podría dar lugar a responsabilidades conforme a la legislación aplicable.

Por ello, ciudadanos señalaron que la medida debió enfocarse en exigir la tenencia responsable de mascotas —mantenerlas dentro de los domicilios o bajo control de sus propietarios— y no en ordenar que todos los perros permanezcan amarrados.

Hasta el momento, la Agencia Municipal de Xocotla no ha informado el reglamento o disposición legal que sustenta la imposición de posibles multas ni las facultades con las que cuenta para aplicar dichas sanciones.

Amatlán de los Reyes, Ver.- Con el propósito de mejorar la salud visual y contribuir a una mejor calidad de vida de la población, el Sistema Municipal DIF de Amatlán de los Reyes realizó una campaña gratuita de entrega de lentes, beneficiando a cerca de 200 personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.

La jornada fue encabezada por el presidente del DIF Municipal, Rodrigo Rosas Borbonio, quien destacó que este tipo de acciones buscan acercar apoyos que representan un alivio para la economía familiar y, al mismo tiempo, favorecen el desarrollo educativo, laboral y personal de los beneficiarios.

Durante la campaña fueron atendidas niñas, niños, adolescentes, jóvenes, adultos y personas adultas mayores, quienes previamente se sometieron a valoraciones visuales para determinar la graduación adecuada y recibir lentes acordes a sus necesidades.

El presidente del organismo asistencial señaló que una buena salud visual es fundamental para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, el desempeño de quienes trabajan y la autonomía de las personas adultas mayores, por lo que refrendó el compromiso de continuar impulsando programas que mejoren el bienestar de las familias amatlecas.

Los beneficiarios agradecieron el apoyo otorgado por el DIF Municipal, ya que para muchas familias el costo de unos lentes representa un gasto difícil de solventar, por lo que este programa les permitió acceder de manera gratuita a un instrumento indispensable para sus actividades diarias.

Con estas acciones, el Sistema Municipal DIF de Amatlán de los Reyes reafirmó su compromiso de trabajar en favor de los sectores más vulnerables del municipio, acercando programas de asistencia social que contribuyan a mejorar la salud, la inclusión y la calidad de vida de la población.

Fortín, Ver.- Para dar cumplimiento con las metas establecidas, el Sistema Municipal DIF Fortín, que preside Rosaura Delfín, continúa fortaleciendo las acciones en favor de las familias fortinenses mediante la entrega del programa “Atención Alimentaria en los Primeros 1000 Días y Primera Infancia” que inició este miércoles en la cabecera municipal.

Se trata de una estrategia que busca contribuir al desarrollo y la nutrición de niñas, niños y mujeres en esta importante etapa de vida.

Carlos Adiel Pereda, realizó un recorrido por las sedes de entrega para supervisar las actividades desarrolladas por el área de Plan Alimentario, reconociendo el compromiso y la organización del personal encargado de llevar este beneficio a la población para fortalecer la alimentación y el desarrollo de las familias.

Asimismo, se informa a las personas beneficiarias que las entregas continuarán los días jueves 6 y viernes 7 de agosto, de acuerdo con las sedes, horarios y localidades que previamente fueron difundidos a través de los canales oficiales del DIF, cuya institución refrenda su compromiso de trabajar de manera cercana con la ciudadanía, demostrando con trabajo, resultados y hechos que unidos hacemos de Fortín
