Hombre es asesinado a balazos
En pleno centro
Coscomatepec, Ver.— La tarde de este miércoles, un hombre fue asesinado a balazos en pleno centro de Coscomatepec, a la altura de la calle Juan Álvarez y la avenida Benito Juárez.
De acuerdo con versiones preliminares, la víctima quedó tendida sobre la banqueta tras recibir al menos tres impactos de arma de fuego. Vecinos y transeúntes dieron aviso a las autoridades, lo que provocó una fuerte movilización policiaca en la zona.
Elementos de Seguridad Pública acordonaron el área mientras personal ministerial y peritos forenses realizaron las diligencias correspondientes. Hasta el momento, la identidad del hombre no ha sido confirmada y no se reportan personas detenidas.
La Fiscalía General del Estado abrió una carpeta de investigación para esclarecer el homicidio y dar con el paradero de los responsables.
Zongolica, Ver.- Un hombre perdió la vida de manera instantánea la tarde de este lunes, luego de ser arrollado por una pipa transportadora de Gas LP en calles del centro del municipio de Zongolica.
El accidente provocó el cierre total de la circulación en la carretera federal 123 Orizaba–Zongolica, a la altura de la entrada al municipio, lo que generó una intensa movilización de corporaciones de emergencia y seguridad.
De acuerdo con reportes policiales, los hechos ocurrieron alrededor de las 14:00 horas sobre la calle Dr. Marcelo Torres, entre Ignacio de la Llave y Justo Sierra, en la colonia Centro.
Presuntamente el peatón intentaba cruzar la vialidad cuando fue atropellado por una pipa de Gas LP marca Freightliner, color blanco, con razón social Servicio Paso del Macho S.A. de C.V. (SPM), con número económico ZS-0167 y placas 28AX7A del Servicio Público Federal.
Debido a que la pesada unidad pasó sobre la cabeza de la víctima, el hombre sufrió un traumatismo craneoencefálico severo que le provocó la muerte de manera inmediata, por lo que nada pudieron hacer los cuerpos de emergencia que acudieron al sitio.
Tras confirmarse el fallecimiento, elementos de la Policía Municipal y Estatal, así como personal de Protección Civil y efectivos del Ejército Mexicano, acordonaron el área y cubrieron el cuerpo con una sábana, siguiendo el protocolo de cadena de custodia.
Posteriormente arribaron al lugar autoridades de la Fiscalía Regional con sede en Zongolica, acompañadas por peritos forenses y agentes de la Policía Ministerial, quienes realizaron las diligencias correspondientes e integraron la carpeta de investigación.
El cuerpo fue trasladado al Servicio Médico Forense (Semefo) de la cabecera municipal, donde permanece en calidad de no identificado en espera de que familiares acudan a reclamarlo.
En tanto, el conductor de la pipa fue detenido por elementos de la Policía Municipal para el deslinde de responsabilidades, mientras que la unidad fue asegurada y enviada a un corralón como parte de las evidencias del fatal accidente.

Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 5 de marzo en la colonia Centro del municipio de Orizaba,
Orizaba, Ver.— Un juez de control dictó prisión preventiva oficiosa en contra de Rodrigo “N”, señalado como presunto responsable de los delitos de cohecho, contra la salud y extorsión agravada, informó la Fiscalía General del Estado a través de la Fiscalía Regional Córdoba.
De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigación, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 5 de marzo en la colonia Centro del municipio de Orizaba, cuando el ahora imputado presuntamente acudió a un establecimiento comercial para exigir a la víctima el pago de una cantidad de dinero por concepto de “cobro de piso”.
Según lo señalado por las autoridades, además del dinero, el sujeto también habría presionado al comerciante para permitir la venta de narcóticos en el lugar.
Tras un reporte y la intervención de elementos policiales, el hombre fue detenido en la zona y posteriormente se le realizó una inspección, en la cual le fueron aseguradas varias bolsas herméticas que en su interior contenían una sustancia con características similares a la metanfetamina.
La Fiscalía indicó que durante la detención, el presunto responsable habría ofrecido dinero a los elementos policiacos con la finalidad de evitar ser puesto a disposición de las autoridades, lo que derivó también en la imputación por el delito de cohecho.
Luego de su presentación ante el órgano jurisdiccional, el juez determinó legal la detención y procedió con la imputación correspondiente por los delitos señalados.
Dentro del proceso penal 90/2026, la autoridad judicial ratificó como medida cautelar la prisión preventiva oficiosa, por lo que Rodrigo “N” permanecerá recluido mientras continúan las investigaciones y se desarrollan las etapas del proceso penal.
La Fiscalía Regional Córdoba informó que el caso continuará su curso conforme a lo establecido en el sistema de justicia penal.
Miguel Ángel Contreras Mauss
Amatlán de los Reyes, Ver.- La tarde de este domingo se registró un choque entre dos vehículos particulares sobre la carretera federal Córdoba–Veracruz, a la altura del lugar conocido como La Única, dejando como saldo tres personas lesionadas.
De acuerdo con los primeros reportes, en el percance se vieron involucrados un automóvil Volkswagen Vento y un Nissan Tsuru color gris oscuro, los cuales colisionaron cuando circulaban sobre dicho tramo carretero.
Tras el impacto, automovilistas que presenciaron el accidente solicitaron el apoyo de los cuerpos de emergencia, arribando al sitio paramédicos de Protección Civil de Amatlán de los Reyes, quienes brindaron atención prehospitalaria a los tres lesionados.
Los heridos presentaban golpes y lesiones menores, por lo que fueron valorados en el lugar sin que fuera necesario su traslado a algún hospital.
Elementos policiacos acudieron para abanderar la zona y evitar otro percance, mientras se realizaban las labores de atención y se tomaba conocimiento del accidente.
Posteriormente, las unidades involucradas fueron retiradas del lugar para restablecer la circulación sobre este tramo de la carretera federal.
