Córdoba, Ver.- Seis personas fueron detenidas este jueves durante un operativo conjunto entre la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP) y la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA), realizado en la colonia La Joyita, una de las zonas con mayor presencia delictiva dentro de la Reserva Territorial, en Córdoba.

De acuerdo con fuentes oficiales, los detenidos fueron asegurados durante un cateo en una presunta casa de seguridad señalada por vecinos como punto de venta de droga y refugio de personas armadas.

Los implicados serán puestos a disposición de la Fiscalía Regional por presuntos delitos contra la salud.

El despliegue incluyó un cerco militar y la participación de unidades de la Policía Estatal, que acordonaron varias calles y pidieron a los residentes permanecer dentro de sus viviendas.

Testigos reportaron tensión y temor ante la presencia de personal armado y vehículos tácticos durante las maniobras.

El operativo de este jueves forma parte de las acciones coordinadas entre fuerzas estatales y federales para reducir la incidencia delictiva en esa zona, considerada por las corporaciones como un corredor estratégico de movilidad criminal debido a su cercanía con la autopista Córdoba–Veracruz y los accesos hacia Amatlán y Fortín.

Hasta el cierre de esta edición, la SSP no ha informado el tipo ni la cantidad de droga asegurada, ni confirmó si los detenidos están relacionados con los recientes homicidios registrados en la zona.

La Perla, Ver.- Siete personas fueron detenidas durante un operativo realizado en la localidad de El Paso, municipio de La Perla, donde autoridades ministeriales y corporaciones de seguridad ejecutaron 10 cateos como parte de las investigaciones relacionadas con diversos hechos de violencia registrados en esta zona serrana.

El operativo fue  encabezadas por personal de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Veracruz, con participación de fiscales, peritos y policías ministeriales, en coordinación con elementos de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, Guardia Nacional y Secretaría de Seguridad Pública estatal.

Durante las intervenciones fueron detenidos seis hombres identificados como Vidal “N”, Omar “N”, Heriberto “N”, Fernando “N”, Carlos Daniel “N” y Manuel “N”, además de una adolescente cuya identidad permanece bajo resguardo legal.

En los inmuebles revisados fueron localizadas armas de fuego, armas blancas, cartuchos, casquillos y cargadores, además de radios de comunicación y una manga táctica.

También fueron aseguradas bolsas con una sustancia con características similares a la droga conocida como cristal, así como dinero en efectivo, identificaciones, teléfonos celulares y vehículos.

El despliegue también ocurre después de que el 18 de septiembre un hombre de 32 años fue asesinado de un disparo en la cabeza en calles de la cabecera municipal de La Perla.

La Fiscalía informó que las personas adultas detenidas serán presentadas ante la autoridad judicial, que determinará su situación jurídica durante la audiencia inicial.

En cuanto a la adolescente, será puesta a disposición de la autoridad competente para que se determine lo procedente conforme al marco legal aplicable.

Los objetos, vehículos y demás indicios asegurados serán incorporados a las carpetas de investigación correspondientes, mientras continúan las diligencias para establecer la posible relación de los detenidos con los hechos de violencia que son investigados en la región.

Córdoba, Ver.- Una menor de edad fue puesta bajo resguardo de autoridades municipales luego de que se recibiera un reporte ciudadano relacionado con un presunto caso de abuso sexual dentro de su entorno familiar.

El reporte movilizó a elementos de la Policía hasta una cuartería ubicada en la colonia Las Flores, donde se encontraba la niña.

Al sitio también acudió personal de la Procuraduría Municipal para la Protección de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes del Sistema Municipal DIF.

Durante la intervención, la Procuraduría tomó bajo su protección a la menor con el objetivo de garantizar su integridad y evitar que permaneciera expuesta a una situación de posible violencia.

De manera paralela, los padres de la menor quedaron a disposición de las autoridades correspondientes, mientras la Fiscalía inició las diligencias necesarias para determinar qué ocurrió y deslindar las responsabilidades que pudieran existir.

El caso permanece bajo investigación y será la autoridad ministerial la encargada de establecer si existen elementos para proceder legalmente contra alguna persona.

El Sistema Municipal DIF informó que dará seguimiento al caso a través de la Procuraduría Municipal, además de procurar que la menor reciba la atención y el acompañamiento necesarios durante el proceso.

Por tratarse de una persona menor de edad, las autoridades mantienen bajo reserva su identidad y otros datos que pudieran ponerla en riesgo o permitir su identificación.

La intervención se realizó luego de que una ciudadana alertara a las autoridades sobre la situación, lo que permitió activar los mecanismos de protección para la menor.

Localizan muerta a mujer que llevaba seis días desaparecida en Córdoba

Córdoba, Ver.- Después de seis días de búsqueda, familiares de Guadalupe Espinoza Ariespe, de 51 años, la encontraron sin vida en el fondo de un barranco ubicado en la colonia Los Carriles, en Córdoba.

La mujer había sido reportada como desaparecida desde el pasado 17 de septiembre, por lo que autoridades iniciaron las acciones de búsqueda, mientras sus familiares también recorrieron distintos puntos de la zona con la esperanza de encontrarla.

La localización ocurrió este miércoles, cuando uno de sus familiares ingresó a una zona de difícil acceso en Los Carriles y observó un bulto entre la vegetación. Al acercarse descubrió que correspondía al cuerpo de una mujer.

El hallazgo fue reportado de inmediato a los servicios de emergencia. Elementos de seguridad acudieron al sitio y confirmaron que la persona ya había fallecido.

Debido a las condiciones del terreno, los primeros respondientes establecieron un perímetro de seguridad y mantuvieron bajo resguardo el lugar mientras esperaban el arribo del personal de la Fiscalía General del Estado.

Posteriormente, agentes de la Policía Ministerial y peritos en criminalística se trasladaron hasta el barranco para realizar las diligencias correspondientes.

El personal especializado inspeccionó el área donde fue localizado el cuerpo y realizó el registro fotográfico de la escena, además de buscar posibles indicios que pudieran contribuir a establecer qué ocurrió con la mujer.

Una vez concluidos los trabajos ministeriales, el cuerpo fue recuperado del barranco y trasladado al Servicio Médico Forense, donde se realizarán los estudios necesarios para confirmar plenamente su identidad y conocer las causas de su muerte.

La Fiscalía General del Estado inició una carpeta de investigación para esclarecer las circunstancias del fallecimiento y determinar si existe alguna relación con la desaparición reportada días antes.

Hasta ahora no se ha informado si el cuerpo presenta huellas de violencia o si existen indicios que permitan establecer que se trató de un hecho delictivo.

Las autoridades mantienen abierta la investigación y esperan los resultados de los estudios forenses para establecer con precisión qué ocurrió con Guadalupe Espinoza Ariespe.
