El sector cañero, dijo, no está de acuerdo en que pongan a Miguel Bello como gerente, pues conocen de su trabajo y defenderán los derechos de los cañeros.

Cuichapa, Ver. – Productores de caña adheridos a la Confederación Nacional Campesina (CNC) bloquearon los accesos al ingenio San Nicolás, en protesta por la imposición del gerente de campo.

Los productores acusan al gerente Miguel Bello, de haber incurrido en diversas irregularidades que dañaron al sector productivo.

“Hace seis años también se habían manifestado para exigir la salida de Miguel Bello porque incurría en arbitrariedades, por ello, ahora que pretenden imponérnoslos nuevamente alzamos la voz”, comentó el presidente de la Unión Local de Productores de Caña antes CNC, Alberto Figueroa.

El sector cañero, dijo, no está de acuerdo en que pongan a Miguel Bello como gerente, pues conocen de su trabajo y defenderán los derechos de los cañeros.

Así también señaló que a partir de mañana deberá la empresa entregar las papeletas para iniciar el pago de la liquidación el próximo viernes.

En caso de no hacerlo serán acreedores a el pago de la liquidación con intereses conforme lo marca la Ley de Desarrollo Sustentable de Caña de Azúcar.

Esperan que en las próximas horas les resuelvan, en caso contrario no darán ni un paso atrás.

Yanga, Ver.- La gobernadora de Veracruz, , aseguró que su administración dará prioridad a los pequeños productores de caña de azúcar mediante apoyos directos, sin importar la organización cañera a la que pertenezcan.

Durante la entrega de apoyos al campo en el municipio de Yanga, la mandataria afirmó que el objetivo es fortalecer a quienes trabajan la tierra y garantizar que los beneficios lleguen a los productores que más lo necesitan.

“No me importa si son de una asociación o son de otra. Lo que me interesa es que el cañero de abajo, el que hace su trabajo, vea que el Gobierno los está apoyando”, expresó.

Nahle adelantó que el programa contempla la entrega de tractores y otros apoyos productivos para impulsar la actividad cañera en el estado. Además, reconoció las acciones emprendidas por el Gobierno federal para fortalecer al sector azucarero, entre ellas medidas orientadas a proteger el precio del azúcar y mantener la competitividad de la producción nacional.

La gobernadora también anunció una estrategia para atender las plagas que afectan los cañaverales. Explicó que el Gobierno de Veracruz trabajará de manera coordinada con la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agropecuario, Rural y Pesca (Sedarpa), un laboratorio federal especializado en clima y universidades para desarrollar estudios y soluciones que permitan enfrentar estos problemas fitosanitarios.

Indicó que la intención es actuar de manera preventiva y generar alternativas con respaldo técnico y científico, en lugar de esperar soluciones externas.

“Hay que meternos a combatir las plagas que tienen. No hay que esperar a que alguien nos venga a decir cómo se hace, si el problema es de nosotros”, señaló.

Nahle destacó que Veracruz es el principal productor de caña de azúcar del país, por lo que consideró indispensable mantener ese liderazgo mediante el fortalecimiento del campo, el respaldo a los productores y la incorporación de proyectos de investigación que mejoren la productividad del sector.

Con estas acciones, dijo, el Gobierno estatal busca fortalecer la economía de las familias cañeras y consolidar el desarrollo de una de las actividades agroindustriales más importantes de Veracruz.

Fortín abrirá exposición con documentos históricos

Fortín, Ver.- Como parte de las actividades conmemorativas por el 96 aniversario de Fortín como Municipio Libre, el Ayuntamiento inaugurará el próximo 31 de julio la exposición “Fortín a través del tiempo”, una muestra integrada por documentos históricos, censos poblacionales e imágenes que narran la evolución del municipio y sus congregaciones.
La inauguración se llevará a cabo a las 11:00 horas en el Palacio Municipal, donde además será presentado el video “Historia de Fortín”, una producción que reúne escenas y pasajes representativos del desarrollo de la localidad, con el propósito de acercar a la ciudadanía a su patrimonio histórico.
El coordinador de Cultura y Bibliotecas, Raúl Domínguez, informó que al acto fueron convocados integrantes del Cabildo encabezados por el alcalde Alfonso Efraín Marín Delfín, así como agentes municipales, comisariados ejidales y público en general.
Durante la apertura, la cronista de la ciudad, Minerva Salas Bretón, ofrecerá una explicación sobre el contenido de la exposición, integrada por documentos de carácter fundacional que abarcan desde 1816 hasta 1959, además de diversos registros históricos que muestran la transformación del municipio a lo largo de más de un siglo.
La muestra también incluye material relacionado con las siete congregaciones de Fortín: Monte Blanco, Monte Salas, Villa Unión, Villa Libertad, Santa Lucía Potrerillo, Coapichapan y Tlacotengo, con el objetivo de destacar la historia y la identidad de cada una de estas comunidades.

Después de 65 años, Julia obtiene por primera vez su acta de nacimiento en Fortín

Fortín, Ver.- Lo que para la mayoría de las personas es un documento básico, para Julia González Sánchez representó el inicio de una nueva etapa. A sus más de 65 años, la vecina de la colonia Gardenias recibió por primera vez su acta de nacimiento durante la ceremonia por el 167 aniversario del Registro Civil, realizada este martes en el Palacio Municipal.

La adulta mayor fue una de las personas beneficiadas con la entrega de actas de nacimiento extemporáneas y CURP, un trámite que ahora le permitirá obtener su credencial para votar y acceder a la pensión para personas adultas mayores, luego de pasar gran parte de su vida sin identidad jurídica.

El evento fue encabezado por autoridades municipales y del Registro Civil, quienes destacaron la importancia de garantizar el derecho a la identidad. Durante su mensaje, la oficial del Registro Civil de Fortín, Divina Luz Lorenzo Conguillo, señaló que “nunca es tarde para existir ante la ley”, al resaltar que cada acta entregada representa la oportunidad de acceder a derechos y servicios.

Además de Julia, una bebé, un adolescente y otro adulto recibieron gratuitamente sus documentos oficiales, como parte del trabajo coordinado entre el Ayuntamiento de Fortín y la Dirección General del Registro Civil del Estado.

La historia de Julia conmovió a los asistentes. Huérfana desde los seis años, nunca asistió a la escuela y trabajó durante décadas como empleada doméstica. Pese a no saber leer ni escribir, logró formar una familia y registrar a sus tres hijos. Este martes, acompañada por dos de ellos, finalmente obtuvo el documento que durante toda su vida le hizo falta para ser reconocida legalmente.
