Transportistas piden homologar leyes
Veracruz lleva un atraso significativo en esta materia de tránsito y transporte
Orizaba, Ver. – La Federación Veracruzana de Transportistas pidieron a los diputados locales homologar la Ley Federal de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial.
El secretario ejecutivo de la Federación, Tomás Marín Arellano, dijo que con ello en Veracruz se determinará que la movilidad y la seguridad vial sean derechos humanos.
“Hace falta darle armonía a las leyes de tránsito y transporte. Falta hacer un análisis a conciencia, hace falta que las leyes del Estado tengan considerados conceptos humanitarios, de derechos humanos”, dijo.
En conferencia de prensa, recordó que la federación propuso una adición al último párrafo del artículo 4to de la Constitución, con el objeto de que la movilidad y la seguridad vial sean considerados como derechos humanos en la Constitución local

“Vemos que varios estados de la República ya cuentan con su Ley de Movilidad, como Quintana Roo, Puebla, Oaxaca y han tenido resultados favorables”, aseguró.
Recordó que en mayo pasado fue aprobada la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, aunque todavía hace falta que se emita el reglamento respectivo del nuevo ordenamiento.

Viene a dar un respiro económico

Atoyac, Ver.- Los productores de caña abastecedores del Ingenio El Potrero recibirán un remanente de 19.52 pesos por tonelada correspondiente a la zafra 2025-2026, de acuerdo con el comunicado difundido este jueves 15 de octubre por las organizaciones cañeras de la CNPR y la CNC.
El documento establece en 14 mil 704.53 pesos por tonelada el precio de referencia del azúcar para el pago de la caña del ciclo 2025-2026, mientras que el equivalente del Kilogramo de Azúcar Recuperable Base Estándar (KARBE) quedó en 8.381 pesos.
El comunicado fue emitido por las representaciones cañeras encabezadas por Ángel Gómez Tapia, dirigente de la Unión Nacional de Cañeros de la CNPR en El Potrero, y José Luis Gordillo Fernández, dirigente de la Unión Local de Productores de Caña de Azúcar de la CNC (ULPCA-CNC).
De acuerdo con las cifras difundidas, el precio total de la caña correspondiente a la zafra 2025-2026 se ubicó en 946.047 pesos por tonelada, mientras que el monto de liquidación quedó en 926.520 pesos.
La diferencia entre ambos conceptos corresponde al remanente anunciado, cuyo pago beneficiará a los abastecedores de la factoría ubicada en el municipio de Atoyac.
Las organizaciones señalaron que en los próximos días darán a conocer la fecha en que comenzará el pago del recurso a los productores.
El remanente representa un ingreso adicional para las familias cañeras que dependen de la producción y entrega de la gramínea al ingenio, en una temporada marcada por la atención a los precios del azúcar y su impacto en los ingresos del campo.
La información fue difundida mediante un comunicado con fecha del 15 de octubre, firmado con las iniciales J.L.G.F. y A.G.T., correspondientes a los representantes de las organizaciones cañeras.
Los productores permanecerán a la espera del calendario de pago para conocer cuándo podrán disponer del recurso correspondiente al cierre del ciclo azucarero 2025-2026.

ATOYAC, Ver.– Un total de 170 viviendas, 10 escuelas, 30 establecimientos comerciales y un centro de salud fueron fumigados en las localidades de Manzanillo y Mirador, en el municipio de Atoyac, como parte de las acciones para combatir al mosquito transmisor del dengue.
La jornada fue realizada por la Coordinación de Salud del Ayuntamiento, en conjunto con la Secretaría de Salud y la Jurisdicción Sanitaria número VI de Córdoba, con el propósito de reducir la presencia del mosquito Aedes aegypti, transmisor del dengue.
Las labores se llevaron a cabo como parte de las acciones impulsadas por el gobierno municipal que encabeza el alcalde Juan Carlos Rojas Castro, para prevenir enfermedades transmitidas por vector en las comunidades.
En la localidad de Manzanillo, la jornada contó con el apoyo de Martín Chacón, encargado de la Casa de Enlace, quien colaboró en el desarrollo de los trabajos.
Además de la fumigación, las autoridades exhortaron a la población a mantener patios y espacios comunes limpios, tapar los recipientes donde almacenan agua y vaciar aquellos que no se utilicen, a fin de evitar la formación de criaderos de mosquitos.
También recomendaron acudir al centro de salud más cercano ante síntomas compatibles con dengue, para recibir valoración médica y determinar si es necesario realizar una prueba diagnóstica.
Las acciones preventivas buscan reducir los espacios donde se reproduce el mosquito y reforzar la participación de los habitantes en el combate al dengue, especialmente mediante la eliminación de agua acumulada en recipientes, cubetas, llantas y otros objetos.
La jornada abarcó viviendas, planteles educativos, comercios y una unidad de salud de ambas localidades.

Atoyac, Ver.– Trabajadores de la industria azucarera del país lograron un incremento salarial de 4.1 por ciento, con lo que quedó conjurado el emplazamiento a huelga previsto para el último minuto del 15 de octubre.
El acuerdo fue alcanzado por el Sindicato de Trabajadores de la Industria Azucarera y Similares de la República Mexicana (STIASRM), encabezado por su dirigente nacional, Lorenzo Pale Mendoza, en coordinación con los secretarios generales de las distintas secciones sindicales.
De acuerdo con la información difundida por la organización, el incremento salarial entrará en vigor a partir del 16 de octubre, como resultado de las negociaciones entre la representación sindical y la parte patronal.
El entendimiento se concretó antes de que venciera el plazo establecido para el estallamiento de la huelga, lo que permitirá evitar la suspensión de labores en los centros de trabajo de la industria azucarera.
La dirigencia sindical destacó que el acuerdo se alcanzó con el respaldo de las secciones del país y en un contexto de unidad entre los trabajadores del sector.
El STIASRM representa a obreros que participan en las distintas etapas de la producción de azúcar, una actividad de relevancia económica para Veracruz y otras entidades productoras.
En Veracruz, donde operan varios ingenios azucareros, las negociaciones salariales son relevantes para miles de trabajadores que participan en la molienda y el procesamiento de la caña.
Con el acuerdo, las partes evitaron un conflicto laboral que podría haber afectado las actividades de los ingenios y el desarrollo de la próxima zafra.
