Rosario Palafox rinde cuarto informe y entrega a Córdoba un Hidrosistemas con obras, estabilidad y finanzas sanas

Córdoba, Ver. — La L.C.P. María del Rosario Palafox Aguilera, directora general de Hidrosistemas de Córdoba, presentó su cuarto informe de actividades, cerrando un ciclo marcado por obras en colonias y comunidades, mejoras en infraestructura hidráulica y un logro excepcional: cuatro años sin incrementar el costo del agua para los cordobeses.

El evento destacó porque el organismo operador del agua pasó de recibir una administración en números rojos a entregar, por primera vez en su historia, más de 6 millones de pesos en caja a la siguiente gestión. Un hecho que, de acuerdo con el propio equipo técnico, “nunca había ocurrido”.

Palafox Aguilera explicó que, cuando llegó, Hidrosistemas enfrentaba rezagos financieros y operativos que impedían avanzar en proyectos prioritarios. Cuatro años después, la realidad es distinta: estabilidad económica, cartera recuperada y una operación más eficiente.

Entre los trabajos más relevantes ejecutados durante su gestión se incluyen rehabilitación de líneas de conducción, modernización de equipos de bombeo, ampliaciones de red, atención en zonas de estiaje y obras en colonias donde la infraestructura hidráulica llevaba años sin recibir mantenimiento.

La directora destacó que la decisión de mantener congeladas las tarifas no fue casualidad, sino un compromiso social derivado de la situación económica de miles de familias. “La solución estaba dentro del organismo, no en cargarle más a los ciudadanos”, señaló.

El informe también mostró mejoras en la calidad del servicio, reducción de fugas, mantenimiento preventivo y acciones para garantizar abasto en puntos críticos. Vecinos y representantes de diversas colonias reconocieron la intervención del organismo en sectores donde el agua llegaba con baja presión o de manera irregular.

Al concluir el acto, miembros del Consejo de Hidrosistemas y trabajadores operativos aplaudieron la transición que se entrega: un organismo con cuentas claras, obras realizadas y recursos disponibles. “Se recibe un Hidrosistemas ordenado, se entrega un Hidrosistemas en números negros”, resumió Palafox Aguilera.

Con este informe, la directora cierra una administración que transformó la operación hidráulica de Córdoba y deja bases sólidas para que la siguiente gestión continúe con proyectos de modernización.

Córdoba, Ver.- La Arena Córdoba reúne desde este viernes a representantes de 22 estados del país que participan en el Campeonato Nacional de Artes Marciales Mixtas, competencia que congrega a más de mil atletas en busca de un lugar en la selección mexicana que acudirá al campeonato mundial de la disciplina.

El presidente de la Federación de Artes Marciales Mixtas de México, Ubaldo Marroquín, informó que el torneo se desarrollará del 6 al 9 de agosto y representa la primera ocasión en que Córdoba alberga una competencia nacional de esta magnitud.

Explicó que de los participantes serán seleccionados alrededor de 40 atletas que representarán a México en el campeonato mundial programado para noviembre en Georgia, por lo que el torneo en Córdoba también funciona como una de las principales etapas para conformar al equipo nacional.

Marroquín destacó el desempeño que ha tenido México en competencias internacionales de artes marciales mixtas y sostuvo que el país se ha consolidado como una de las principales potencias del continente americano en esta disciplina.

De acuerdo con el dirigente deportivo, México ha conseguido cinco campeonatos panamericanos consecutivos por equipos, superando a delegaciones como Estados Unidos y Brasil, considerado uno de los países con mayor tradición en las artes marciales mixtas.

Ante los cuestionamientos sobre el nivel de agresividad de este deporte, señaló que las competencias cuentan con reglamentos y categorías diferenciadas de acuerdo con la edad y experiencia de los participantes.

Indicó que existen divisiones infantiles, juveniles y para adultos, con reglas específicas para cada categoría, por lo que incluso participan menores desde los cinco años dentro de esquemas considerados formativos.

Analizan retos de municipios para avanzar hacia la igualdad sustantiva

Córdoba, Ver.- Los retos que enfrentan los gobiernos municipales para incorporar la igualdad sustantiva en sus políticas públicas fueron abordados durante la presentación del libro Del Otoño a la Primavera de los Municipios Mexicanos: la igualdad sustantiva, innovación impostergable en los gobiernos locales y comunitarios, de la trabajadora social, investigadora, activista y escritora mexicana Concepción Hernández Mijangos.

La presentación se realizó en Córdoba como parte de una actividad organizada por la Coordinación de Bienestar Social del Ayuntamiento, en conjunto con la Asociación Emprender el Vuelo y el Centro Libre para las Mujeres.

El encuentro reunió a autoridades y representantes de distintos municipios de la región, entre ellos Ixtaczoquitlán, Coetzala, Tlilapan, Naranjal, Chocamán y Coscomatepec, quienes participaron en el intercambio de ideas sobre la necesidad de que las administraciones locales incorporen una perspectiva de igualdad en sus acciones y programas.

Durante la presentación se destacó que la igualdad sustantiva implica ir más allá del reconocimiento formal de derechos y generar condiciones que permitan a las mujeres ejercerlos de manera efectiva, así como participar en la toma de decisiones y en la construcción de sus comunidades.

La obra plantea una reflexión sobre el papel que tienen los gobiernos locales y comunitarios en la transformación de las estructuras que mantienen desigualdades, además de proponer la innovación como una herramienta para impulsar políticas públicas con mayor impacto social.

Al evento acudieron el alcalde de Córdoba, Manuel Alonso Cerezo; la síndica única, Irene Sedas González; integrantes del Cabildo, así como la directora del DIF Municipal, Luz del Carmen Lezama Rodríguez, y la coordinadora de Bienestar Social, Dennis Araceli Lira Tosqui.

También participaron Lisset Dalila Rojas Moreno, coordinadora del Centro Libre para las Mujeres, y Virginia Medorio Trujillo, presidenta de la Asociación Emprender el Vuelo.

El diálogo permitió poner sobre la mesa la importancia de fortalecer la participación de las mujeres en los espacios públicos y comunitarios, además de generar acciones desde los municipios que contribuyan a reducir las brechas de desigualdad.

Amplían red de agua potable en San José de Tapia para mejorar el abasto a familias

La obra contempla casi 1.5 kilómetros de tubería y busca resolver los problemas de desabasto que durante años enfrentó la comunidad.

Córdoba, Ver.- Habitantes de la comunidad de San José de Tapia cuentan desde este jueves con una ampliación de la red hidráulica que permitirá mejorar el suministro de agua potable, luego de años de enfrentar problemas de desabasto, principalmente durante la temporada de estiaje.

La obra fue inaugurada por autoridades municipales y personal de Hidrosistema de Córdoba, quienes informaron que el proyecto consistió en la interconexión de la red de distribución de la colonia 20 de Noviembre con la de San José de Tapia, con el objetivo de garantizar un servicio más constante para los usuarios.

De acuerdo con la información proporcionada, los trabajos incluyeron la instalación de aproximadamente mil 480 metros de tubería de polietileno de alta densidad de seis pulgadas, material diseñado para soportar mayores niveles de presión y reducir el riesgo de fugas o rupturas.

Las labores fueron ejecutadas por personal de Hidrosistema de Córdoba durante un periodo cercano a los 35 días, entre marzo y abril de este año, como parte de un proyecto para atender una de las principales demandas de los habitantes de esta comunidad.

Durante años, el abastecimiento dependió de un pozo cuyo nivel de operación resultaba insuficiente, situación que provocaba interrupciones constantes en el servicio, especialmente en las viviendas ubicadas en las zonas más altas.

Vecinos señalaron que durante la temporada de sequía la escasez de agua se agravaba, obligando a muchas familias a buscar alternativas para cubrir sus necesidades diarias.

Dulce María Alducin Vallejo, habitante de la comunidad, explicó que la petición fue presentada ante las autoridades municipales y que, tras las gestiones realizadas en conjunto con Hidrosistema, fue posible concretar la obra que hoy permite mejorar el suministro.

Además de incrementar la capacidad de conducción, la nueva infraestructura incorpora válvulas y materiales de mayor resistencia, lo que permitirá mantener una mejor operación del sistema y disminuir las afectaciones derivadas de fallas en la red.

Con esta ampliación, las autoridades municipales buscan fortalecer la infraestructura hidráulica en las comunidades rurales y mejorar el acceso al agua potable para cientos de familias que durante años enfrentaron un servicio irregular.
