Córdoba, Ver. — La L.C.P. María del Rosario Palafox Aguilera, directora general de Hidrosistemas de Córdoba, presentó su cuarto informe de actividades, cerrando un ciclo marcado por obras en colonias y comunidades, mejoras en infraestructura hidráulica y un logro excepcional: cuatro años sin incrementar el costo del agua para los cordobeses.
El evento destacó porque el organismo operador del agua pasó de recibir una administración en números rojos a entregar, por primera vez en su historia, más de 6 millones de pesos en caja a la siguiente gestión. Un hecho que, de acuerdo con el propio equipo técnico, “nunca había ocurrido”.
Palafox Aguilera explicó que, cuando llegó, Hidrosistemas enfrentaba rezagos financieros y operativos que impedían avanzar en proyectos prioritarios. Cuatro años después, la realidad es distinta: estabilidad económica, cartera recuperada y una operación más eficiente.
Entre los trabajos más relevantes ejecutados durante su gestión se incluyen rehabilitación de líneas de conducción, modernización de equipos de bombeo, ampliaciones de red, atención en zonas de estiaje y obras en colonias donde la infraestructura hidráulica llevaba años sin recibir mantenimiento.
La directora destacó que la decisión de mantener congeladas las tarifas no fue casualidad, sino un compromiso social derivado de la situación económica de miles de familias. “La solución estaba dentro del organismo, no en cargarle más a los ciudadanos”, señaló.
El informe también mostró mejoras en la calidad del servicio, reducción de fugas, mantenimiento preventivo y acciones para garantizar abasto en puntos críticos. Vecinos y representantes de diversas colonias reconocieron la intervención del organismo en sectores donde el agua llegaba con baja presión o de manera irregular.
Al concluir el acto, miembros del Consejo de Hidrosistemas y trabajadores operativos aplaudieron la transición que se entrega: un organismo con cuentas claras, obras realizadas y recursos disponibles. “Se recibe un Hidrosistemas ordenado, se entrega un Hidrosistemas en números negros”, resumió Palafox Aguilera.
Con este informe, la directora cierra una administración que transformó la operación hidráulica de Córdoba y deja bases sólidas para que la siguiente gestión continúe con proyectos de modernización.

“Queremos acompañar a cada pareja en este momento tan especial y ser parte del inicio de una nueva etapa llena de esperanza y sueños por realizar” expresó.
En el Sistema Municipal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia el matrimonio no solo es un acto legal, sino también un paso importante para fortalecer a las familias y dar certeza jurídica a quienes deciden caminar juntos.
Las parejas interesadas en participar en estas Bodas Colectivas “Porque la familia es primero. Sí, acepto” deberán presentar (ambos contrayentes) solicitud de registro proporcionada en la oficialía de Registro Civil Córdoba, copia certificada de actas de nacimiento, CURP verificada, identificación oficial.
En caso de que alguno de los contrayentes haya sido casado previamente, copia certificada del acta de divorcio. Y finalmente certificado de no inscripción emitido por el Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias (RNOA) para ambos contrayentes www.rnoa.dif.gob.mx.
Desde el DIF Municipal se promueve este programa con un enfoque humano y solidario, convencidos de que cada historia de amor, merece ser acompañada, respetada y celebrada sin que las limitaciones económicas sean un obstáculo para cumplir este año.
Córdoba, Ver.– El Gobierno Municipal de Córdoba informa que el servicio de recolección de basura avanza de manera continua y organizada en la ciudad, así lo dio a conocer René Moshe Burguette Ameca, coordinador de Servicios Municipales.
Actualmente, el municipio cuenta con 17 unidades recolectoras operando de manera completa, lo que ha permitido mantener la recolección de residuos sin interrupciones, atendiendo de forma constante las distintas rutas establecidas.
El coordinador detalló que la recolección se realiza en dos turnos:
Turno matutino, con 22 rutas, los días lunes, miércoles y viernes, así como martes, jueves y sábado, en un horario de 8:00 a 11:00 horas.
Turno nocturno, con 9 rutas, solicitando a la ciudadanía no desesperarse y confiar en la continuidad del servicio.
Burguette Ameca reconoció el respaldo del presidente municipal, señalando que “gracias al alcalde Manuel Alonso Cerezo nos estamos apoyando mucho en el tema de la reparación y mantenimiento de los camiones recolectores”, lo que ha sido clave para fortalecer el servicio.
Asimismo, exhortó a la población a sacar la basura únicamente en los horarios establecidos, además de separar los residuos desde casa, lo que contribuye a evitar problemas operativos y a mejorar la eficiencia del sistema.
En ese sentido, se anunció que se estarán implementando medidas específicas para la recolección de basura orgánica e inorgánica.
Se informó también que existen colonias irregulares que solicitan el servicio de limpia pública sin contar con el pago correspondiente, situación que se encuentra en análisis para su atención conforme a la normatividad.
Las áreas de Limpia Pública, Parques y Jardines, Áreas Verdes, Protección Ambiental, Cementerios y Alumbrado Público, trabajan de manera coordinada todos los días con el personal operativo para mantener en condiciones óptimas los espacios públicos del municipio.
Finalmente, se destacó que el pasado domingo se llevó a cabo un operativo especial de limpia pública en el centro de trasvaseo de la Dirección de Servicios Municipales, donde se retiraron alrededor de 400 toneladas de residuos, logrando la limpieza total del área de acceso.
El Ayuntamiento de Córdoba reitera su compromiso de seguir fortaleciendo los servicios públicos y hace un llamado a la ciudadanía a colaborar con acciones responsables para mantener una ciudad limpia y ordenada.

Artesanos de Zepaniah Titlatozke protestan contra Policía estatal

Córdoba, Ver.– Integrantes de la organización de comerciantes y artesanos Zepaniah Titlatozke bloquearon el bulevar Córdoba–Peñuela, a la altura de la colonia Buena Vista, en el municipio de Córdoba, como medida de presión tras no ser atendidos por autoridades de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública.
La manifestación se originó luego de que los inconformes acudieran al Mando Único ubicado en esa zona, donde solicitaron una reunión con el delegado regional. De acuerdo con la organización, pese a que el acercamiento se realizó de manera pacífica y estaba previamente anunciado, no obtuvieron respuesta por parte del funcionario.
Ezequiel Romero, vocero del movimiento, señaló que el delegado se presentó brevemente y consultó la situación con mandos superiores, quienes habrían autorizado el diálogo; sin embargo, la reunión finalmente no se concretó, lo que derivó en el cierre de la vialidad.
Ante la falta de atención, los artesanos decidieron interrumpir la circulación vehicular como forma de exigir que sus demandas sean escuchadas. Advirtieron que, de continuar la negativa al diálogo, podrían intensificar sus acciones y no descartaron llevar las protestas a la autopista Puebla–Veracruz.
Previo al bloqueo, los integrantes de Zepaniah Titlatozke realizaron una movilización pacífica que inició en Ciudad Mendoza y avanzó hacia Córdoba. Durante el recorrido, sostuvieron encuentros con alcaldes de distintos municipios de la región de las Altas Montañas, quienes sí accedieron a recibirlos como parte de su agenda de gestión.
La organización reiteró que su intención no es generar afectaciones a la ciudadanía, sino visibilizar las problemáticas que enfrentan comerciantes y artesanos afiliados, y exigir atención directa por parte de las autoridades estatales.
El cierre del bulevar Córdoba–Peñuela provocó afectaciones al tránsito en la zona de Buena Vista, por lo que corporaciones de seguridad y tránsito implementaron rutas alternas para desviar la circulación mientras se mantenía la protesta.
