Omealca, Ver.— El alcalde de Omealca, Dionisio Herrera Torres, dio el banderazo de inicio a los trabajos de mantenimiento y rehabilitación de la carretera Omealca–Matatenatito, una de las vialidades más transitadas del municipio y que presentaba un notable deterioro.

El presidente municipal informó que esta obra corresponde a la primera etapa de mejoramiento de caminos, comenzando desde la cabecera municipal hasta la comunidad de Matatenatito.

Posteriormente, se contempla continuar con la rehabilitación del tramo Matatenatito–Loma Mulato, de acuerdo con las condiciones del camino y el presupuesto disponible.

Los trabajos incluyen limpieza y desazolve de cunetas obstruidas por lodo, tierra y residuos vegetales, así como bacheo y rehabilitación de tramos en mal estado, con el objetivo de mejorar la seguridad vial y facilitar el tránsito de automovilistas, motociclistas y transporte local.

Estimó que las labores tengan una duración aproximada de 15 días, aunque el avance dependerá de las condiciones climatológicas.

Ante ello, exhortó a los conductores a circular con precaución, ya que habrá maquinaria pesada y personal trabajando de manera constante en la zona.

Recordó que esta carretera es una vía clave de comunicación entre comunidades, por lo que su rehabilitación representa una mejora directa en la movilidad y el desarrollo de la región.

Fortín, Ver.— El Ayuntamiento de Fortín aprobó el pago de un adeudo por 6 millones 260 mil 51.05 pesos con el Instituto de Pensiones del Estado (IPE), un pasivo que, de acuerdo con el gobierno municipal, fue heredado por la anterior administración morenista encabezada por la exalcaldesa Gerardo Rosales Victoria y que mantenía bloqueados diversos derechos laborales de los trabajadores.

La aprobación se dio por unanimidad en sesión de Cabildo y permitirá regularizar la situación del municipio ante el IPE, liberando trámites relacionados con jubilaciones, pensiones y otras prestaciones para el personal del Ayuntamiento.

De acuerdo con la administración del alcalde Alfonso Efraín Marín Delfín, al inicio de su gestión se detectó un adeudo superior a 7 millones 233 mil 756 pesos. Tras un proceso de conciliación con el Instituto de Pensiones del Estado, el monto neto atribuible a la administración anterior se fijó inicialmente en 5 millones 24 mil 25 pesos; sin embargo, debido a actualizaciones, recargos e intereses, el saldo aumentó hasta 6 millones 260 mil 51.05 pesos.

El gobierno municipal sostuvo que la falta de pago afectaba directamente a los trabajadores, ya que impedía el acceso a derechos como jubilaciones y prestaciones contempladas en la legislación estatal. Por ello, el Cabildo autorizó cubrir el adeudo para restablecer la relación financiera con el organismo.

Durante la sesión, el alcalde señaló que la decisión busca proteger los derechos de la base trabajadora y sanear las finanzas municipales, evitando que el pasivo continuara incrementándose por la generación de intereses y recargos.

Con el pago, el Ayuntamiento aseguró que queda regularizada su situación ante el IPE y que los trabajadores podrán continuar con los trámites relacionados con sus prestaciones laborales, poniendo fin a un adeudo que la actual administración atribuye al gobierno municipal anterior.

Fortín, Ver.— El Ayuntamiento de Fortín inició los trabajos de rehabilitación del bulevar Fortín–Córdoba con labores de bacheo en concreto hidráulico, como parte de un programa de mantenimiento para mejorar las condiciones de una de las principales vías de comunicación de la región.

Las obras se realizan en un primer tramo ubicado a la altura del tianguis y frente a un centro comercial, donde personal de la Dirección de Obras Públicas interviene las zonas con mayor desgaste para reforzar la seguridad vial y agilizar la circulación.

De acuerdo con autoridades municipales, el programa contempla la atención de otros puntos del bulevar que presentan deterioro, con el propósito de prolongar la vida útil de la vialidad y reducir afectaciones a los automovilistas.

Mientras se desarrollan los trabajos, las autoridades exhortaron a los conductores a disminuir la velocidad, respetar la señalización preventiva y seguir las indicaciones del personal encargado de la obra para evitar incidentes y facilitar el desarrollo de las labores.

Refuerzan vigilancia por gusano barrenador tras detectar casos en comunidades de Fortín

Fortín, Ver.– Autoridades municipales reforzaron las acciones de vigilancia sanitaria en comunidades de Fortín luego de atender reportes de animales afectados por gusano barrenador en Villa Unión y Santa Lucía Potrerillo, donde se brindó atención inmediata para evitar la propagación de la plaga.

La Coordinación de Fomento y Desarrollo Agropecuario informó que, tras la notificación de agentes municipales, personal especializado realizó revisiones y dio seguimiento a los casos detectados. Como parte de las acciones, aplicó tratamiento con Megasunt a tres perros afectados, favoreciendo su recuperación.

La dependencia destacó que la rápida comunicación entre autoridades auxiliares y ciudadanos permitió actuar de manera oportuna, reduciendo el riesgo de nuevos contagios y protegiendo la sanidad animal en el municipio.

Finalmente, el Ayuntamiento exhortó a la población a reportar cualquier caso sospechoso al teléfono 271 103 0674, con el propósito de mantener la vigilancia y prevenir la propagación del gusano barrenador.
