Córdoba impulsa el talento local en la competencia Regional de Arte Latte y Coctelería
Su labor permitió difundir el valor del patrimonio cafetalero de Córdoba
Córdoba, Ver.–La Jefatura de Turismo, en representación del Museo del Café de Córdoba, participó en la 1ra competencia Regional de Arte Latte y Coctelería Sur-Sureste, realizada en el Poliforum Mier y Pesado de Orizaba, donde acercó a los visitantes a la cultura y tradición cafetalera que distingue a la región.
Durante el evento, las baristas del Museo del Café compartieron con el público diversos métodos de extracción, explicando las características y particularidades de cada técnica para resaltar los aromas y sabores de esta bebida emblemática.
Asimismo, realizaron demostraciones en vivo que permitieron a los asistentes conocer más sobre el arte, la preparación y la técnica que intervienen en la elaboración de una excelente taza de café.
La participación estuvo encabezada por Rita Martínez Ramírez, representante del Museo del Café de Córdoba, quien promovió la riqueza histórica, cultural y productiva del café cordobés, fortaleciendo la presencia del municipio en uno de los encuentros más importantes del sector en la región.
Su labor permitió difundir el valor del patrimonio cafetalero de Córdoba y estrechar vínculos con productores, especialistas y visitantes interesados en la cultura del café.
A través del estand, también se difundió información turística sobre Córdoba, Veracruz, promoviendo sus atractivos históricos, culturales y su importante legado cafetalero.
Los visitantes conocieron más sobre la riqueza de este municipio, reconocido a nivel nacional por su contribución a la producción y difusión de la cultura del café.
De esta manera, el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, a través de la Jefatura de Turismo y del Museo del Café, reafirmó su compromiso con la promoción turística, cultural y económica del municipio, impulsando espacios que contribuyen a preservar y difundir la tradición cafetalera cordobesa.

Sección 26 cumple 96 años y refrenda defensa de derechos laborales en San Miguelito
El dirigente sindical llamó a mantener la unidad y el diálogo, pero con firmeza ante cualquier afectación a las prestaciones de los trabajadores azucareros

Córdoba, Ver. – Con un llamado a mantener la unidad sindical, defender las conquistas laborales y conservar el diálogo sin renunciar a los derechos de los trabajadores, la Sección 26 del Sindicato de Trabajadores de la Industria Azucarera y Similares de la República Mexicana (STIASRM) conmemoró el 96 aniversario de la organización, vinculada al ingenio San Miguelito.
Los festejos iniciaron con una misa a la que asistieron integrantes del sindicato, con el propósito de agradecer los años de trayectoria de la organización.
La conmemoración fue encabezada por el secretario general de la Sección 26, José Luis Estrada García, junto con funcionarios y representantes sindicales.
En su mensaje, dirigido a integrantes del Comité Ejecutivo Local, jubilados y trabajadores en activo, el líder sindical destacó el papel de quienes han sostenido durante décadas la organización y la lucha por mejores condiciones laborales en la industria azucarera.
Señaló que la sección es parte de la historia obrera de Córdoba y recordó que el ingenio San Miguelito, fundado en 1928, forma parte de la actividad económica y social de la región.
El dirigente sostuvo que la productividad debe ir acompañada de la protección de los derechos de los trabajadores, y advirtió que el crecimiento de la industria no debe sustentarse en el sacrificio de las condiciones laborales.
“Debemos ser guardianes de la productividad, pero también centinelas de los derechos”, expresó ante los asistentes.
Refrendó que la organización mantendrá una política de puertas abiertas al diálogo, pero con firmeza cuando se trate de defender las prestaciones y garantías que corresponden legalmente a sus agremiados.
También reconoció la importancia de la unidad con el STIASRM y envió un mensaje de respaldo a su secretario general nacional, Lorenzo Pale Mendoza, a quien mencionó al hablar de los retos que enfrenta el sector.
Al recordar la trayectoria de la sección, evocó a dirigentes que ayudaron a consolidar el movimiento sindical azucarero, entre ellos Enrique Ramos Rodríguez y Adrián Sánchez Vargas y otros representantes de distintas etapas de su historia.
El aniversario reunió el reconocimiento a los trabajadores en activo y jubilados, cuya participación ha dado continuidad a la vida sindical de la Sección 26, en una industria que mantiene una relación histórica con el desarrollo económico de Córdoba y sus alrededores.

Córdoba, Ver. – Con el propósito de que los estudiantes se acerquen a las matemáticas de forma más atractiva, dinámica y accesible, el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba organizó este lunes 12 de octubre la conferencia “Enseñar a amar las matemáticas”, dirigida a docentes de distintos niveles educativos.
La actividad estuvo a cargo del conferencista Alberto Coto García y fue impulsada por la Coordinación de Bienestar Social y la Jefatura de Educación del municipio, en colaboración con la Fundación Marcelino Muñoz. [Pendiente: lugar, horario y número de asistentes.]
Quién es el ponente
Coto García es un calculista mental español reconocido internacionalmente. De acuerdo con reportes de eventos académicos en los que ha participado, suma siete títulos de campeón mundial de cálculo mental y ha roto 14 veces un récord Guinness. [verificar antes de publicar]
Docentes de escuelas públicas y privadas
Estuvieron presentes el jefe de Educación, profesor José Manuel Espinosa García; la maestra Ana María Ramírez, representante de la Fundación Marcelino Muñoz, y la profesora María de Lourdes Muñoz de Jesús, coordinadora del CRAM.
Fueron convocados maestros de primaria, secundaria y bachillerato, tanto de instituciones públicas como privadas, para participar en un espacio de aprendizaje e intercambio de conocimientos.
Durante la conferencia se destacó la importancia de despertar el interés por las matemáticas y de generar experiencias de aprendizaje que acerquen a niñas, niños y jóvenes a esta materia.
El Ayuntamiento señaló que, con esta actividad, refrenda su compromiso con el fortalecimiento de la educación y la capacitación docente.
Córdoba, Ver.- Con una inversión de 2 millones 84 mil 681 pesos, el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba concluyó la rehabilitación de la pavimentación de la avenida 5, entre las calles 13 y 19, en la colonia Centro.
La obra abarcó una superficie de 2 mil 750 metros cuadrados y fue financiada con recursos del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal (FAISMUN). De acuerdo con el gobierno municipal, los trabajos benefician a más de 15 mil habitantes.
La rehabilitación se realizó con carpeta asfáltica en caliente en este tramo de la avenida 5, por donde circulan diariamente automovilistas y peatones.
El alcalde Manuel Alonso Cerezo encabezó la inauguración este viernes 9 de octubre, acompañado de integrantes del Cabildo, personal de Obras Públicas y representantes del comité de Contraloría Social.
Con la conclusión de los trabajos, el tramo intervenido se incorpora a las vialidades rehabilitadas durante la actual administración municipal.
