Ingenios de la región viven un buen KARBE

Atoyac, Ver. – Desde temprano, el humo de los ingenios se alza como una promesa. Las cañas crujen bajo los machetes en los surcos mientras los camiones avanzan, uno a uno, por las brechas polvorientas que conducen al corazón de las fábricas.
La zafra sigue, y con ella el rumor de una buena temporada: el KARBE neto, esa medida silenciosa pero poderosa que traduce azúcar en dinero, viene al alza en la región centro del estado.
La jornada en El Potrero comienza antes del amanecer. Aún con la bruma sobre los cañales, los cortadores ya están en faena. El olor a bagazo quemado se mezcla con el del sudor y la tierra mojada.
Dicen los más veteranos que no había una zafra tan pareja desde hace años, y no es sólo una corazonada. Los números lo confirman: más de 110 kilos de azúcar recuperable por tonelada de caña, un rendimiento que pone a este ingenio entre los mejores del estado.
Más arriba, en las lomas que abastecen a El Progreso, la historia es similar. Aquí la caña madura más rápido, y eso se nota en el KARBE: 113.4 kilos por tonelada, uno de los más altos registrados en esta temporada. El optimismo se siente en los patios de descarga y en las casas ejidales. Hay voces que afirman que si el clima no se complica, este año cerrará como uno de los más rentables en la última década.
El corte del cinco de abril sirvió de punto de comparación. Ingenios como San Nicolás, San José de Abajo y La Providencia también mostraron signos positivos. Incluso aquellos que solían estar por debajo de la media, como Constancia y Central Motzorongo, han logrado mantener rendimientos dignos. San Miguelito, aunque con cifras más bajas, continúa en la lucha.
Pero más allá del dato duro, hay una lectura que se hace en voz baja en los cafetines de paso y en los comités cañeros: el campo está respondiendo porque hay manos que lo cuidan. Los técnicos que recorren parcela tras parcela, los productores que invierten en fertilización, riego y control de plagas, los cortadores que no aflojan el paso.
Todos forman parte de una maquinaria viva que, cuando funciona bien, da resultados.
“El KARBE no miente”, dice un productor de Cuichapa mientras espera su turno para descargar. “Uno puede echarle ganas, pero si la caña no viene dulce, no vale. Hoy estamos viendo que sí vale, que el trabajo se nota”.
La temporada aún no concluye. El cierre de zafra se espera entre mayo y junio, según el ritmo de corte y molienda. Pero en cada surco, en cada tonelada entregada, se juega algo más que un número: está en juego el ingreso de familias, la salud financiera de las organizaciones cañeras, y la esperanza de que, al menos este año, el esfuerzo valga la pena.
Por ahora, el humo sigue saliendo de los trapiches. Las ruedas giran. La caña hierve. Y el azúcar, como pocas veces, endulza también el ánimo de una región que vive —por fin— una buena cosecha.

Inician construcción de techado en preescolar de Río Moreno

Omealca, Ver.- Autoridades municipales dieron inicio a la construcción de un techado en el área de usos múltiples del preescolar Ovidio Decroly, ubicado en la localidad de Río Moreno, con el objetivo de contar con un espacio protegido para las actividades de los estudiantes.
El arranque de los trabajos estuvo encabezado por el alcalde Dionisio Herrera Torres, quien acudió acompañado por integrantes del cabildo municipal: la síndica única, Maricela Colorado Romero; la regidora primera, Julia Morales Rodríguez, y la regidora segunda, Jannia Medina Cervantes.
La obra contempla la construcción de una cubierta en el área de usos múltiples del plantel, espacio que es utilizado por los alumnos para actividades cívicas, deportivas y recreativas.
Con el nuevo techado, la comunidad escolar contará con un área que permitirá desarrollar estas actividades sin exposición directa a las condiciones climáticas, principalmente durante los periodos de lluvia o altas temperaturas.
Durante el inicio de los trabajos, autoridades municipales señalaron que la obra responde a una necesidad planteada por la comunidad educativa y forma parte de las acciones de infraestructura que se realizan en localidades del municipio.
Los trabajos comenzarán formalmente en el plantel Ovidio Decroly, donde alumnos, docentes y familias podrán disponer posteriormente de un espacio acondicionado para las actividades que se realizan durante el ciclo escolar.
La obra fue puesta en marcha con la presencia de autoridades municipales y representantes de la comunidad educativa de Río Moreno.

Fortín entrega primera etapa del Camino Las Margaritas–Monte Blanco

Fortín, Ver.- Con una inversión superior a los 5.7 millones de pesos, el Ayuntamiento de Fortín entregó la primera etapa del Camino Artesanal Las Margaritas–Monte Blanco, obra que mejora la comunicación entre comunidades de la zona rural del municipio.
El acto fue encabezado por el alcalde Alfonso Efraín Marín Delfín, acompañado por integrantes del cuerpo edilicio, quienes realizaron la entrega de los trabajos ejecutados en este tramo carretero.
La obra fue financiada con recursos del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal (FAISMUN) y contempló la construcción de rodadas de concreto y franjas de piedra ahogada.
Los trabajos se realizaron en el camino que comunica a Las Margaritas con Monte Blanco y que también beneficia a habitantes de Calzada Morelos, una zona donde las condiciones de las vías de comunicación representan un factor importante para el traslado de habitantes y mercancías.
La ejecución de los trabajos estuvo bajo la supervisión de la Dirección de Obras Públicas, de acuerdo con la información proporcionada por el Ayuntamiento.
Durante la entrega, autoridades municipales señalaron que la intervención permitirá mejorar las condiciones de tránsito en este sector y facilitar el acceso hacia las comunidades rurales.
La primera etapa forma parte de los trabajos de infraestructura que realiza la administración municipal en distintas localidades de Fortín mediante recursos destinados a obras de infraestructura social.
El camino representa una de las vías de comunicación utilizadas por habitantes de las comunidades beneficiadas para trasladarse hacia otras zonas del municipio.
Con la conclusión de esta primera etapa, el Ayuntamiento reportó la entrega formal de los trabajos realizados con una inversión de más de 5.7 millones de pesos.

Yanga ofrecerá orientación gratuita sobre testamentos durante septiembre
Las jornadas se llevarán a cabo los días 14, 18 y 23 de septiembre
Yanga, Ver.- Habitantes de Yanga podrán recibir orientación gratuita sobre el trámite de testamentos durante septiembre, como parte de las actividades del Mes del Testamento que se realizarán en el municipio.
La asesoría estará a cargo de un notario público, quien atenderá a las personas interesadas en conocer los requisitos, procedimiento y opciones disponibles para dejar establecida su voluntad sobre sus bienes.
Las jornadas se llevarán a cabo los días 14, 18 y 23 de septiembre, en un horario de 10:00 a 13:00 horas, en el área de Catastro Municipal.
El servicio está dirigido a quienes tengan dudas sobre el proceso testamentario o busquen información para organizar con anticipación la distribución de su patrimonio.
Personal del área de Catastro también proporcionará información y acompañamiento a los ciudadanos que acudan a solicitar la asesoría.
El alcalde Rafael Aguilar Martínez señaló que este tipo de campañas permiten acercar información jurídica a las familias y facilitar que conozcan las alternativas disponibles para establecer legalmente su voluntad respecto a sus bienes.
La campaña se desarrolla durante el Mes del Testamento, periodo en el que se promueve la elaboración de este documento como una medida para evitar problemas legales entre familiares después del fallecimiento de una persona.
De acuerdo con el Ayuntamiento, quienes estén interesados pueden acudir directamente a Catastro Municipal en cualquiera de las tres fechas programadas para plantear sus dudas al notario y conocer el procedimiento que corresponde en cada caso.
La orientación no tiene costo y busca que los habitantes de Yanga cuenten con información antes de tomar una decisión relacionada con su patrimonio.
Las fechas disponibles serán el 14, 18 y 23 de septiembre, de 10:00 de la mañana a 1:00 de la tarde.
