Parquímetros, ‘caja chica’ de empresarios

Cordoba, Ver. – Un minúsculo grupo de empresarios se han apoderado de miles de pesos que diariamente entran al fideicomiso por el uso de los parquímetros, sin que la sociedad cordobesa se vea beneficiada.
Desde su creación, con el ex alcalde Tomás Ríos Bernal, el dinero que automovilistas pagan para poder estacionarse en la vía pública es utilizado a comodidad de los empresarios, principalmente los ubicados en el Centro de Córdoba.
Hasta un millón de pesos mensuales suelen recaudar los aparatos ubicados en calles estratégicas, sin embargo, hasta ahora, el dinero sólo ha sido utilizado para componer las banquetas pese a que, en su momento, se dijo que harían obra pública de prioridad.
En entrevista, la alcaldesa Leticia López Landero confirmó que hasta ahora Ramón Romano presidente del Fideicomiso no ha rendido cuentas claras a la actual administración para ejecutar proyectos importantes.
Son 30 millones de pesos que tienen en cuentas bancarias, pero no quieren hacer uso de él, a pesar de que la administración municipal solicitó el apoyo para ejecutar algunas obras de impacto colectivo.
“Se negaron a aportar recursos para obras como la del mercado Revolución, la compra del Cine Olimpia para edificar un Auditorio Municipal, la adquisición de un hospital para convertirlo en un Centro de Rehabilitación Infantil, entre otros proyectos”, aclaró.
La alcaldesa recordó que este fideicomiso fue creado por la administración de Tomás Ríos Bernal, y quedó en manos de empresarios, quienes deciden qué hacer con los recursos que provienen de los parquímetros instalados en la ciudad.
Córdoba, Ver. – Lo que parecía una historia marcada por la incertidumbre tomó un giro esperanzador.
Alexéi, un joven que fue localizado en situación de calle durante el paso del frente frío en Córdoba, logró regresar con su familia en Comitán, Chiapas, gracias a la intervención coordinada del Sistema Municipal DIF y Protección Civil.
El hallazgo se derivó de un reporte ciudadano recibido en los números de emergencia de Protección Civil.
Al acudir al sitio, los elementos encontraron al joven resguardándose en una banqueta, expuesto a las bajas temperaturas y a la densa neblina que se registraba en la zona.
De acuerdo con su testimonio, Alexéi presentaba una aparente pérdida de memoria, situación que lo llevó a desplazarse sin rumbo desde el municipio de Tierra Blanca hasta Córdoba, donde permaneció deambulando por varios días.
Paramédicos de Protección Civil le brindaron atención médica prehospitalaria y activaron los protocolos de atención para salvaguardar su integridad física.
Posteriormente, se inició la coordinación interinstitucional con autoridades de Comitán, Chiapas, con el objetivo de ubicar a sus familiares.
Tras confirmar su identidad, el Sistema Municipal DIF gestionó el traslado del joven, garantizando en todo momento su estado de salud y estabilidad emocional durante el proceso.
Finalmente, Alexéi pudo reencontrarse con su familia, cerrando así un episodio complejo y abriendo la puerta a una nueva etapa en su vida.
Autoridades del DIF Municipal y Protección Civil reiteraron que continuarán brindando atención a personas en situación vulnerable, priorizando su bienestar y promoviendo su reintegración al núcleo familiar.

Con la participación de representantes de casillas, así como de Víctor Miguel Alemán García, presidente de la Junta Electoral Municipal, José de Jesús Téllez Hernández, secretario, y Salvador Molina Sánchez, vocal, se validaron los resultados de manera parcial a la espera de posibles apelaciones.

Respecto a Buenos Aires El Porvenir, la ganadora es Carina Rojas Olivares, y en San Rafael Calería, Ana Cristina García Rodríguez fue electa; Gliceria Socorro Olvera Cruz ganó en San Isidro, mientras que en Tecama Calería (Sabana Larga) triunfó Norma Sorcia Bonilla, y Guadalupe Martínez Hernández ganó en Guadalupe Barreal.
En El Gallego (La Lagunilla), Rafael García Solís se alzó con la victoria, mientras que en Zacatepec la electa es Isamar Gómez Melchor; Luis Bolaños Antonio ganó en Agustín Millán, y en San Matías la victoria sería para Laura Ochoa Contreras.
En Rancho Quemado, María Calixta Oriza González fue elegida, y en Acayotla la victoria correspondió a Marisela Estrada Trejo; en Rancho Herrera, Rosalina Román se llevó el triunfo. Rosalina Guisela Niño García ganó en Tinajitas, mientras que Rosario Cruz Beristaín hizo lo propio en Matlaquiahuitl; en San José Loma Grande, Aureliano David Orduña fue el ganador.
María Santiago Solís Rosas ganó en Loma Chica, Jesús Alberto Landa Guzmán fue electo en San Bartolo, mientras que en Francisco I. Madero, Laura Montufa, y en Kilómetro 14, Alicia Sánchez Aguilar es la virtual triunfadora.
En lo que respecta a Palenque Palotal, Francisca Hernández Solís es la virtual representante electa, y en la Luz Palotal, María Remedios Hernández Bayona se levantó con el triunfo; respecto a Cosaltepec el ganador sería Isidoro Fuentes Ramírez, en la Quinta Manzana Del Barreal ganó José Emmanuel Guzmán Hernández, en la Cuarta Manzana Del Barreal corresponde el triunfo para José Elías Primitivo Martínez Delgado, en La Reforma la ganadora es Sandra Escudero Ortiz.
Finalmente en Santa Elena el triunfo correspondió para María del Rosario Sánchez Ramírez, en La Palma para José Ricardo Reyes, en la Agrícola Primera Manzana ganó Lorenzo Antonio Vázquez Marañon, en El Bajío tocaría a Juan Carlos Osorio; Adán Orduña Islas ganó Paredones, María Teresa Martínez Trujillo en Agrícola Santa María, Carlos Alfredo López Jiménez en San Pedro y Anexas, Fabiola Hernández Orduña en Ojo de Agua, Benito Ramírez Martínez en San Aparicio, Josefa Hernández Gutiérrez en Cervantes y Lozada, y en Palma y Montero (Berlín) el ganador sería Mauricio López Vázquez.
Los nuevos representantes serán confirmados de manera oficial en los próximos días, y rendirán protesta el próximo 01 de mayo ante el Cabildo del H. Ayuntamiento de Córdoba.

Córdoba, Ver.- En el marco del mes de la niñez y de la concienciación sobre el autismo, el Sistema Municipal DIF, en coordinación con la asociación civil Xiimbal Weetel, invita a las familias cordobesas a participar en la feria “Tu mundo es mi mundo”, Siento y me expreso a mi forma, a mi ritmo y a mi manera, donde podrán convivir, aprender y reconocer la neurodiversidad desde el respeto y la empatía.
Este encuentro busca visibilizar la diversidad a través de actividades lúdicas e incluyentes, donde las familias podrán compartir experiencias que promuevan la comprensión de distintas formas de percibir y vivir el mundo.
De manera paralela a la Primera Carrera del Autismo el próximo 19 de abril, la feria se llevará a cabo en el parque 21 de mayo, en un horario de 8:30 a 11:00 de la mañana. Durante la jornada, quienes asistan podrán integrarse a juegos y dinámicas para experimentar diversas sensaciones y emociones, fomentando así la empatía y la convivencia.
La feria propone un acercamiento respetuoso hacia la neurodiversidad, promoviendo el reconocimiento de que cada persona vive, siente y se expresa de manera única.
El Sistema Municipal DIF reiteró la invitación a sumarse a esta iniciativa, que pone en el centro el respeto, la inclusión y el valor de cada forma de ser y sentir.
