Cordoba, Ver. – Un minúsculo grupo de empresarios se han apoderado de miles de pesos que diariamente entran al fideicomiso por el uso de los parquímetros, sin que la sociedad cordobesa se vea beneficiada.

Desde su creación, con el ex alcalde Tomás Ríos Bernal, el dinero que automovilistas pagan para poder estacionarse en la vía pública es utilizado a comodidad de los empresarios, principalmente los ubicados en el Centro de Córdoba.

Hasta un millón de pesos mensuales suelen recaudar los aparatos ubicados en calles estratégicas, sin embargo, hasta ahora, el dinero sólo ha sido utilizado para componer las banquetas pese a que, en su momento, se dijo que harían obra pública de prioridad.

En entrevista, la alcaldesa Leticia López Landero confirmó que hasta ahora Ramón Romano presidente del Fideicomiso no ha rendido cuentas claras  a la actual administración para ejecutar proyectos importantes.

Son 30 millones de pesos que tienen en cuentas bancarias, pero no quieren hacer uso de él, a pesar de que la administración municipal solicitó el apoyo para ejecutar algunas obras de impacto colectivo.

“Se negaron a aportar recursos para obras como la del mercado Revolución, la compra del Cine Olimpia para edificar un Auditorio Municipal, la adquisición de un hospital para convertirlo en un Centro de Rehabilitación Infantil, entre otros proyectos”, aclaró.

La alcaldesa recordó que este fideicomiso fue creado por la administración de Tomás Ríos Bernal, y quedó en manos de empresarios, quienes deciden qué hacer con los recursos que provienen de los parquímetros instalados en la ciudad.

Córdoba, Ver. – Como parte del impulso económico y social en los diferentes municipios de la entidad, el Gobierno del Estado de Veracruz a través de la Secretaría del Trabajo, Previsión Social y Productividad (STPSP), en coordinación con el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba y la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Portuario (SEDECOP), inauguró en la explanada del parque 21 de Mayo el Encuentro Regional de Impulso a la Creatividad y Productividad.

Como parte de las estrategias que buscan fortalecer la economía y fomentar el emprendimiento local, artesanos, artistas y productores de los municipios de Amatlán de los Reyes, Ixtaczoquitlán, Magdalena, Orizaba, Río Blanco, Soledad Atzompa, Rafael Delgado y Córdoba, se sumaron a este encuentro para ofrecer sus productos y servicios a los visitantes.

Dicho evento estuvo presidido por, Luis Arturo Santiago Martínez, secretario de Trabajo, Previsión Social y Productividad; Fernando Eduardo Vázquez Ferman; Manuel Alonso Cerezo, presidente municipal de Córdoba, y Guillermina Méndez.

Por su parte, Luis Arturo Santiago Martínez destacó el esfuerzo y la participación de los municipios para sumarse a esta estrategia de autoempleo. Subrayó que la población económicamente activa que participa en el emprendimiento local genera un impacto positivo en sus comunidades, ya que uno de los principales objetivos del encuentro es brindar apoyo y espacios de promoción a las familias participantes, mejorando sus oportunidades de desarrollo y el bienestar de sus hogares.

Córdoba, Ver. – En atención directa a una problemática solicitada por la ciudadanía, el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba a través de la dirección de Obras Públicas, informa a la ciudadanía que este próximo lunes arrancarán las obras de rehabilitación de la red de agua entubada, red de drenaje sanitario y, posteriormente, la pavimentación de la avenida 4 entre calles 5, 7 y 9, por lo que se invita a la ciudadanía a tomar rutas alternas.

Las labores de este proyecto integral, darán inicio de manera formal con el banderazo oficial programado para el lunes 29 de junio en punto de las 11:00 horas, estableciéndose como punto de encuentro la avenida 4 entre las calles 7 y 9 de la Colonia Centro; sin embargo, la vialidad quedará cerrada a partir de las 00:00 horas de este mismo lunes.

Es importante señalar que el perímetro total de ejecución por parte de las brigadas de construcción abarcará la avenida 4 desde la calle 5 hasta la calle 9, tramo en el cual se procederá a la sustitución de la red de agua entubada y red de drenaje, previo a la pavimentación.

Debido a la naturaleza y magnitud de estas acciones que responden a las justas peticiones ciudadanas, las autoridades municipales solicitan la valiosa comprensión de las y los cordobeses que transitan de manera habitual por una de las avenidas principales de la ciudad.

Con estas acciones, el gobierno municipal reafirma su compromiso de trabajar de la mano con la ciudadanía para consolidar la modernización urbana y optimizar los servicios básicos de la ciudad. La dirección de Obras Públicas mantendrá una supervisión estricta del desarrollo de los trabajos para garantizar que se ejecuten con la máxima calidad técnica y en los tiempos establecidos.

ISSSTE Córdoba acumula más de un mes sin agua

Córdoba, Ver.- La Clínica Hospital del ISSSTE en Córdoba enfrenta una serie de problemas que han generado inconformidad entre trabajadores y derechohabientes, quienes denuncian que desde hace más de un mes los sanitarios permanecen sin suministro de agua debido a una fuga que, aseguran, ha sido reportada en repetidas ocasiones sin que hasta el momento exista una solución.

La falta del servicio ha obligado al personal y a los propios usuarios a cargar cubetas para abastecer los baños y mantener condiciones mínimas de limpieza, una situación que consideran impropia para una institución de salud que diariamente atiende a cientos de personas provenientes de Córdoba y municipios de la región.

De acuerdo con trabajadores consultados, el desperfecto en la red hidráulica es conocido por la administración del hospital; sin embargo, afirman que no se han realizado las reparaciones necesarias para restablecer el servicio. A este problema se suman filtraciones, goteras y diversas fallas en la infraestructura del inmueble, las cuales continúan deteriorándose con el paso de los días.

Las quejas también alcanzan el ámbito laboral. Personal inconforme señala que mientras persisten las carencias operativas, la administración encabezada por Salma Elizabeth Marrero García mantiene una estricta supervisión de los trabajadores mediante reportes fotográficos presuntamente realizados por elementos de seguridad privada de la empresa AIPAX.

Según las versiones recabadas, los vigilantes tendrían la instrucción de fotografiar al personal en distintas áreas del hospital para enviar evidencia a la administradora, quien presuntamente monitorea las actividades de los empleados incluso cuando no se encuentra físicamente en las instalaciones. Esta práctica ha generado malestar entre trabajadores, quienes consideran que la prioridad debería centrarse en resolver las deficiencias que afectan la atención médica.

La situación cobró mayor relevancia esta semana luego de que una cirugía programada tuviera que ser diferida debido a las altas temperaturas registradas en el área de quirófanos. Trabajadores relacionaron el incidente con la falta de mantenimiento y las deficiencias que desde hace tiempo presentan las instalaciones del hospital.

Aunque los servicios de Urgencias, Consulta Externa y Especialidades continúan operando, empleados advierten que las condiciones actuales representan un riesgo para la prestación de los servicios y afectan tanto al personal como a los derechohabientes.

Ante este panorama, trabajadores y usuarios solicitaron la intervención de las autoridades delegacionales y de oficinas centrales del ISSSTE para realizar una revisión integral de las condiciones en las que opera la clínica hospital de Córdoba y atender de manera urgente las problemáticas que, aseguran, se han venido acumulando sin una respuesta efectiva por parte de la administración local.
