Sábado sangriento; ejecutan a cuatro
Córdoba, Ver. –Tres hombres y una mujer fueron ejecutados a balazos en diferentes hechos ocurridos en Córdoba, Orizaba y Nogales.

Córdoba, Ver. – En menos de dos horas, tres hombres y una mujer fueron ejecutados a balazos en diferentes hechos ocurridos en Córdoba, Orizaba y Nogales, aun cuando el gobernador Cuitláhuac García Jiménez anunció el reforzamiento de la seguridad en esta región.
Alrededor de las 15:30 horas de este sábado, las autoridades policiacas reportaron el ataque armado a una familia en el municipio de Nogales.
En una vivienda ubicada sobre la calle Heriberto Jara Corona en la colonia El Mirador, de ese municipio, un grupo armado ejecutó a una pareja, sin que hubiera detenidos.
Las víctimas fueron identificadas como Juan “N” y María “N”, de 25 y 24 años, respectivamente.
Posteriormente, a las 16:45 horas un ex policía municipal de Ixtaczoquitlán fue asesinado a tiros en presencia de sus pequeños hijos, en las afueras de su vivienda ubicada en calle Jalapilla entre Álvaro Obregón y Oriente 34 de la colonia Rincón Chico de Orizaba
La víctima fue identificada como José Antonio Reyes Vázquez, de 24 años, originario de Coscomatepec.
El hombre se encontraba en la parte de afuera de su casa en compañía de sus hijos cuando un sicario llegó y le disparó a quemarropa.
Minutos más tarde, en Córdoba otro sujeto fue acribillado por un par de sicarios que huyeron de la Policía.
El homicidio ocurrió en la colonia Lombardo Toledano – atrás del CBTIS-, sobre la Avenida 37 entre calles 31 y 33.
Aunque paramédicos arribaron para prestarle el auxilio, nada pudieron hacer pues la víctima de unos 37 años ya había fallecido.

Hallan restos humanos embolsados a un costado de la carretera Córdoba-Veracruz

Cuitláhuac, Ver.- Una movilización de corporaciones de seguridad y autoridades ministeriales se registró la tarde de este lunes tras el hallazgo de restos humanos dentro de bolsas, localizados a un costado de la carretera federal Córdoba-Veracruz.
El descubrimiento ocurrió a la altura del kilómetro 36, en el municipio de Cuitláhuac, donde elementos de la Policía Estatal, Guardia Nacional y Policía Ministerial acudieron para asegurar el lugar e iniciar las investigaciones.
La zona fue acordonada mientras personal de Servicios Periciales realizó el procesamiento de la escena y la búsqueda de indicios que permitan establecer las circunstancias en que fueron abandonados los restos.
Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado la identidad, sexo o número de personas a las que corresponderían los restos localizados.
Los peritos llevaron a cabo las diligencias correspondientes y posteriormente realizaron el levantamiento de los indicios, los cuales serán analizados para obtener información que contribuya a la investigación.
El despliegue de las corporaciones generó expectación entre automovilistas que circulaban por este tramo de la carretera federal.
La Fiscalía continuará con las investigaciones para determinar la identidad de la víctima o víctimas y establecer quiénes estarían relacionados con el abandono de los restos en este punto de la carretera.

Motociclista resulta gravemente herido tras accidente en la carretera Paso del Macho-Atoyac

Atoyac, Ver.- Un motociclista resultó gravemente lesionado la tarde de este jueves, luego de verse involucrado en un accidente sobre la carretera estatal Paso del Macho-Atoyac, a la altura del cerro del Chiquihuite.
De acuerdo con los primeros reportes, el conductor de la motocicleta presuntamente fue impactado por alcance por un automóvil cuando circulaba sobre ese tramo carretero.
A consecuencia del fuerte golpe, perdió el control de la unidad y salió proyectado contra el pavimento, donde quedó inconsciente.
Testigos del accidente solicitaron de inmediato el apoyo de los cuerpos de emergencia al percatarse de que el motociclista permanecía inmóvil sobre la carpeta asfáltica, mientras otros automovilistas redujeron la velocidad para evitar otro percance.
Al sitio arribaron paramédicos de Protección Civil de Atoyac, quienes brindaron los primeros auxilios al lesionado y, tras estabilizarlo, lo trasladaron de urgencia a un hospital del municipio de Potrero Nuevo para recibir atención médica especializada.
Elementos de Tránsito Estatal acudieron para tomar conocimiento del accidente, realizar el peritaje correspondiente y deslindar responsabilidades.
Las autoridades no descartaron que las condiciones del clima hayan influido en el percance, ya que durante la tarde se registraron lluvias que dejaron el pavimento mojado y con menor adherencia.
El vehículo presuntamente involucrado también será parte de las investigaciones para determinar la mecánica del accidente y establecer si existió responsabilidad por parte de alguno de los conductores.
Las autoridades exhortaron a los automovilistas y motociclistas a conducir con precaución, respetar los límites de velocidad y aumentar la distancia de seguridad entre vehículos, especialmente durante la temporada de lluvias, cuando el riesgo de accidentes se incrementa en las carreteras de la región.
La circulación en la zona se vio afectada por algunos minutos mientras se realizaban las labores de auxilio y el levantamiento de indicios por parte de las autoridades. Posteriormente, el tránsito fue restablecido de manera normal.

Expolicías de Coscomatepec son condenados por narcomenudeo

Córdoba, Ver.- Un juez dictó sentencia condenatoria de cuatro años y nueve meses de prisión contra seis exelementos de la Policía Municipal de Coscomatepec, luego de encontrarlos responsables de los delitos contra la salud, en su modalidad de narcomenudeo, e incumplimiento de un deber legal.
La resolución judicial pone fin a uno de los casos que más impactó a la corporación policiaca de ese municipio, luego de que en abril pasado un operativo encabezado por autoridades estatales y federales derivó en la detención de siete uniformados al interior de la comandancia.
La intervención se realizó el 10 de abril mediante un despliegue conjunto de agentes de la Policía Ministerial, elementos de la Secretaría de Marina (Semar) y de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP), quienes ejecutaron una revisión en las instalaciones de la corporación municipal.
Durante la inspección, los efectivos localizaron diversas dosis de droga presuntamente destinadas al narcomenudeo, por lo que los policías fueron asegurados y puestos a disposición de la Fiscalía Regional para el inicio de las investigaciones correspondientes.
Tras varios meses de proceso penal, el juez consideró acreditada la responsabilidad de Anselmo “N”, Jesús “N”, Diego “N”, Lauro Arturo “N”, Dana Natalia “N” y Bonifacio “N”, imponiéndoles una pena de cuatro años y nueve meses de prisión.
Los ahora sentenciados formaban parte de la Policía Municipal de Coscomatepec durante la administración del alcalde de Movimiento Ciudadano, Armando Reyes Muñoz, y permanecerán recluidos en el Centro de Reinserción Social de Mediana Seguridad de La Toma, en Amatlán de los Reyes, donde cumplirán la condena.
Aunque durante el operativo fueron detenidos siete policías municipales, la sentencia dada a conocer corresponde únicamente a seis de ellos. Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado la situación jurídica del séptimo implicado.
El caso evidenció presuntas irregularidades dentro de la corporación policiaca y motivó la intervención de autoridades estatales y federales, en un contexto de reforzamiento de las investigaciones contra servidores públicos relacionados con actividades ilícitas en la región de las Altas Montañas.
La sentencia representa uno de los primeros fallos derivados de aquel operativo y confirma la responsabilidad penal de los exuniformados por delitos relacionados con la posesión de droga y el incumplimiento de sus funciones como servidores públicos.
