Atoyac frenará uso de pirotecnia
En defensa de personas vulnerables y animalitos

Atoyac, Ver.– El Ayuntamiento de Atoyac prohibirá el uso de pirotecnia sonora en todo el municipio, una medida con la que la autoridad local busca frenar los daños a la salud de la población, reducir riesgos y atender las afectaciones que estos artefactos generan en animales y personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.
El presidente municipal, Juan Carlos Rojas Castro, confirmó que la administración ya trabaja en el marco normativo que pondrá límites al uso de explosivos recreativos, principalmente aquellos que generan altos niveles de ruido.
El edil sostuvo que la decisión responde a una demanda social creciente y a la necesidad de establecer reglas claras para la convivencia comunitaria.
De acuerdo con el alcalde, la pirotecnia sonora provoca afectaciones directas en niñas y niños, adultos mayores y personas con padecimientos médicos o condiciones neurológicas, además de causar estrés, desorientación y daños físicos en animales domésticos y de granja.
Señaló que estos factores fueron determinantes para impulsar la prohibición.
El proyecto contempla diferenciar entre tipos de pirotecnia, mientras los artefactos de alto impacto sonoro quedarían restringidos, se analiza permitir el uso de pirotecnia visual, siempre que no represente riesgos y se ajuste a los lineamientos que establezca el reglamento una vez aprobado.
Rojas Castro aclaró que la medida no se aplicará de manera inmediata ni con un enfoque punitivo en su primera etapa, pues antes de someter el reglamento a votación del Cabildo, el Ayuntamiento abrirá mesas de diálogo con sectores sociales y ciudadanos para exponer el alcance de la prohibición y recoger posturas.
Una vez aprobado y publicado el reglamento, la autoridad municipal iniciará un periodo de difusión y concientización, durante el cual se priorizará el llamado al respeto y al cumplimiento voluntario.
Posteriormente, el marco legal permitirá la aplicación de sanciones a quienes incumplan las disposiciones.
El presidente municipal afirmó que la regulación busca ordenar el uso de pirotecnia y establecer límites claros entre la celebración y el daño colectivo.
“Se trata de respeto y empatía entre quienes viven en Atoyac”, expresó.
El Ayuntamiento adelantó que en las próximas semanas se darán a conocer los detalles del reglamento y el calendario de las mesas de diálogo, paso previo a la entrada en vigor de la prohibición de pirotecnia sonora en el municipio.

Fortín, Ver.— Las lluvias registradas durante la tarde de este miércoles provocaron la caída de dos árboles en distintos puntos de Fortín, por lo que personal de Protección Civil Municipal acudió para atender la emergencia.
Uno de los reportes se ubicó en la Privada de Calle Querétaro, en la zona posterior de la calle Xicoténcatl, donde los árboles terminaron sobre el muro de contención del río y de una escuela.
Tras recibir el reporte, elementos de la Coordinación Municipal de Protección Civil y Gestión Integral de Riesgos se trasladaron al sitio para realizar las labores necesarias y retirar los árboles, con el objetivo de reducir riesgos para habitantes y personas que transitan por el sector.
Las acciones fueron realizadas por instrucciones de la Presidencia Municipal, mientras las condiciones climatológicas continuaban en la región.
Ante la presencia de lluvias, las autoridades recomendaron a la población mantener precauciones y evitar acercarse a las zonas donde se estén realizando trabajos de retiro o atención de daños.
Protección Civil también pidió reportar de manera oportuna cualquier situación que pudiera representar un riesgo para la población, particularmente caída de árboles, ramas, cables u otros objetos derivados de las condiciones meteorológicas.
Los trabajos de atención se mantuvieron de manera paulatina conforme fueron recibidos los reportes relacionados con las lluvias de esta tarde.

Atoyac, Ver.- El presidente municipal de Atoyac, Juan Carlos Rojas Castro, solicitó a la gobernadora Rocío Nahle García la rehabilitación de la carretera estatal Atoyac-Paso del Macho, principalmente en el tramo comprendido entre Potrero Nuevo y La Concha.
El alcalde señaló que la petición fue planteada directamente ante el Gobierno del Estado, debido al deterioro que presenta esta vía y a la importancia que tiene para la comunicación entre las comunidades de la zona.
Como parte del seguimiento a la gestión, personal del Departamento de Obras Públicas del Estado acudió recientemente al municipio para realizar mediciones y revisar las condiciones del tramo carretero.
Rojas Castro explicó que estos trabajos forman parte de la continuidad de un proyecto de rehabilitación que se busca concretar con el respaldo de la administración estatal.
La carretera es utilizada diariamente por habitantes de distintas localidades para trasladarse hacia Potrero Nuevo, La Concha y otros puntos de la región, por lo que su rehabilitación permitiría mejorar las condiciones de circulación.
El presidente municipal indicó que, además de este tramo, durante las gestiones ante el Gobierno del Estado expuso la necesidad de atender caminos que comunican con comunidades ubicadas en la zona serrana de Atoyac.
Precisó que el objetivo es avanzar en proyectos de infraestructura carretera que permitan mejorar los accesos y facilitar el traslado de habitantes, productores y mercancías.
El edil destacó que mantendrá las gestiones ante la gobernadora Rocío Nahle García y las dependencias estatales correspondientes para dar seguimiento a los proyectos planteados y conocer los avances para su posible ejecución.
Mientras tanto, personal estatal ya realizó los trabajos de campo necesarios para contar con información sobre las condiciones actuales del tramo Potrero Nuevo-La Concha, como parte del proceso previo para determinar las acciones de rehabilitación.

Fortín, Ver.— Un total de 210 viviendas de la congregación Monte Salas fueron fumigadas durante el fin de semana como parte de las acciones para reducir la presencia del mosquito transmisor del dengue, zika y chikungunya.
El personal del área de Vectores realizó recorridos casa por casa para aplicar el producto en el interior de los domicilios, luego de las lluvias registradas en la zona, que favorecen la reproducción del mosquito.
Las labores forman parte de las acciones de control que se mantienen en distintos puntos de Fortín, incluidos sitios donde puede concentrarse agua y convertirse en criaderos, como el panteón municipal.
Este lunes, los trabajos continuaron en la colonia San José, donde fueron atendidas 44 viviendas. El personal ingresó a los domicilios con autorización de las familias para realizar la aplicación.
Las jornadas de fumigación continuarán en otras colonias, fraccionamientos y comunidades del municipio, de acuerdo con las zonas consideradas de mayor riesgo para la reproducción del mosquito.
