Cañeros de Veracruz alcanzarán ‘generosa’ liquidación: CNPR

Se alcanzó una producción de caña de 50 millones 940 mil toneladas, de las cuales el 39.2 por ciento se cosecha en Veracruz, es decir, 19 millones 960 mil toneladas.

Región. –  El presidente estatal de la Confederación Nacional de Propietarios Rurales (CNPR), Ángel Gómez Tapia, vaticinó una generosa liquidación a los productores de caña de Veracruz.

El líder cañero, dijo que a nivel nacional se tendrá la cifra récord de Kilogramos de Azúcar Recuperables Base Estándar (Karbe) de 117 kilos 29 gramos y Veracruz trae un Karbe promedio de 112 kilos 839 gramos.

“Con estas cifras, vamos a tener una generosa liquidación en los próximos días y así también el remanente que quedaría, para cobrarlo en los meses de octubre o noviembre, podría superar los 80 pesos por tonelada”, apuntó.

Para Gómez Tapia, estas noticias son muy esperanzadoras para el sector agroindustrial nacional, un sector golpeado por las sequías del año pasado.

El representante de los cañeros adheridos a la CNPR en la Entidad, subrayó que, a nivel nacional, ya se cosecharon 782 mil hectáreas, prácticamente el 98.4 por ciento del estimado inicial.

Con ello, se alcanzó una producción de caña de 50 millones 940 mil toneladas, de las cuales el 39.2 por ciento se cosecha en Veracruz, es decir, 19 millones 960 mil toneladas.

“En el rubro de la producción de azúcar, los ingenios mexicanos han envasado cinco millones 680 mil toneladas; el 37.5 por ciento ha sido envasado por los ingenios veracruzanos, esto es dos millones 128 mil toneladas de azúcar”, comentó.

Imparten plática sobre prevención de adicciones a estudiantes en Camarón de Tejeda

Camarón de Tejeda, Ver.- Estudiantes del Telebachillerato de la colonia Del Carmen participaron en una jornada de orientación enfocada en la prevención de adicciones, como parte de las acciones impulsadas por autoridades municipales y personal especializado en salud mental.

La actividad fue organizada por la Policía Municipal de Camarón de Tejeda, en coordinación con el Centro Comunitario de Salud Mental y Adicciones (CECOSAMA) de Córdoba, con el objetivo de acercar información a los jóvenes sobre los riesgos asociados al consumo de sustancias y promover hábitos de vida saludables.

Durante la charla, el médico Julio César Martínez Victoria, responsable de dicha unidad médica, abordó temas relacionados con las consecuencias físicas, emocionales y sociales que pueden derivarse del consumo de drogas y otras sustancias adictivas, además de orientar a los estudiantes sobre las alternativas de apoyo disponibles para quienes enfrentan este tipo de problemáticas.

La jornada formó parte de una estrategia preventiva dirigida a la población estudiantil del municipio, sector considerado prioritario para las acciones de información y concientización en materia de salud y prevención del delito.

Por su parte, el comandante Antonio Catalino destacó la importancia de mantener el acercamiento entre instituciones de seguridad, salud y educación para fortalecer las herramientas de prevención entre adolescentes y jóvenes.

Autoridades municipales señalaron que este tipo de actividades buscan generar entornos más seguros para la juventud, mediante acciones que permitan identificar factores de riesgo y fomentar una cultura de autocuidado.

Además de las pláticas informativas, la Policía Municipal mantiene canales de comunicación abiertos con la ciudadanía para la atención de reportes y situaciones de emergencia, como parte de las acciones de proximidad social que se desarrollan en el municipio.

La administración encabezada por la alcaldesa Susana Guadalupe Ameca Parissi ha impulsado este tipo de actividades en coordinación con distintas dependencias, con la finalidad de fortalecer la prevención y la atención de problemáticas que afectan a la población juvenil.

El Potrero con KARBE superior a 112 kilos

Atoyac, Ver.- Con un KARBE neto de 112.881 kilogramos y una molienda superior a 1 millón 266 mil toneladas de caña, el Ingenio El Potrero concluyó oficialmente la zafra 2025-2026, consolidándose como uno de los complejos azucareros más importantes de la región centro de Veracruz.

De acuerdo con los resultados finales dados a conocer por las organizaciones cañeras, la factoría cerró el ciclo tras 167 días de actividad industrial, alcanzando indicadores que permiten mantener expectativas favorables para los productores abastecedores.

Uno de los datos más destacados de la temporada fue precisamente el KARBE obtenido, indicador que mide la calidad de la caña y la cantidad de azúcar recuperable base estándar. Con 112.881 kilogramos, El Potrero logró ubicarse en niveles competitivos dentro de la agroindustria azucarera nacional.

Asimismo, se informó que el precio de la caña se ubicó en 926.53 pesos por tonelada, aunque representantes del sector señalaron que aún existe la posibilidad de obtener un ajuste adicional al término definitivo del ciclo azucarero, dependiendo del comportamiento del mercado y de los resultados finales de comercialización.

Los dirigentes cañeros Ángel Gómez Tapia, presidente de la CNPR El Potrero, y José Luis Gordillo Fernández, representante de la Unión Local de Productores de Caña de Azúcar, destacaron el esfuerzo realizado por los productores durante una zafra que enfrentó diversos retos climáticos y operativos.

Ambos coincidieron en que los resultados alcanzados son producto del trabajo coordinado entre abastecedores, cortadores, transportistas y personal industrial, quienes permitieron cumplir con las metas de molienda establecidas para la presente temporada.

Además, señalaron que el KARBE obtenido representa un factor fundamental para la economía de miles de familias que dependen directamente de la actividad cañera en municipios como Atoyac, Cuitláhuac, Paso del Macho, Carrillo Puerto, Amatlán y otras zonas abastecedoras del ingenio.

Con la conclusión de la zafra 2025-2026, el sector cañero mantiene la expectativa de que las condiciones del mercado permitan mejorar los ingresos de los productores mediante un posible recurso adicional, mientras comienzan las labores de preparación para el próximo ciclo agrícola e industrial.
