Capturan a acusado de secuestro
Fue presentado ante un Juez.
Nogales, Ver.- La Fiscalía General del Estado, a través de la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro (UECS) con base en la zona centro-Córdoba logró esclarecer lo que parecía un probable secuestro en agravio de una fémina.
Mediante un operativo coordinado, el personal operativo de la UECS, logró la detención Juan Manuel “N”, por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de secuestro Específico de una víctima de sexo femenino.
Cabe destacar que de acuerdo a la Carpeta de Investigación se logró saber que dicho operativo táctico se desarrolló en el Hotel de Ciudad Mendoza la madrugada del pasado 2 de febrero de los corrientes, donde se aprehendió a Juan Manuel “N” en compañía de la víctima, misma que confesó que lo había hecho juntos para darle un escarmiento a sus padres.
Por tal motivo, Juan Manuel “N” quedó a disposición del Juez en turno para enfrentas las consecuencia del cargo en su contra que es secuestro específico y será en las próximas horas donde se resolverá su situación jurídica.

Exmando de Atoyac suma nueva vinculación por doble homicidio en Amatlán

Córdoba, Ver.— Juan Carlos “N”, exsegundo comandante de la Policía Municipal de Atoyac, fue vinculado a proceso por segunda ocasión, ahora por su presunta participación en el asesinato de dos jóvenes hallados en la comunidad de Ojo de Agua Chico, en Amatlán de los Reyes.
Según la Fiscalía, las víctimas fueron detenidas el 4 de enero de 2023 y llevadas a la comandancia municipal; nunca fueron presentadas ante autoridad.
Al día siguiente, sus cuerpos aparecieron con disparos de arma de fuego a un costado de la carretera.
El exmando, conocido como “El Tanque”, ya enfrentaba otro proceso por el homicidio de un joven ocurrido en abril de 2025 en Yanga, por el que también está implicado el exalcalde Carlos Alberto Ventura de la Paz.
Con esta nueva resolución, el juez ratificó la medida cautelar mientras avanzan las investigaciones.
La Fiscalía no descarta más implicados dentro de la corporación.
Rafael Delgado, Ver.- La tarde de este martes fue localizado el cuerpo sin vida de un hombre joven en un camino de terracería que atraviesa campos de cultivo en el Quinto Barrio de este municipio.
De acuerdo con reportes, fueron habitantes de la zona quienes alertaron a las autoridades tras encontrar al masculino tendido entre los sembradíos, lo que generó movilización de cuerpos de seguridad.
Al sitio arribaron elementos policiacos y personal de auxilio, quienes confirmaron que la persona ya no contaba con signos vitales. La zona fue acordonada para preservar indicios.
Hasta el momento, la identidad de la víctima no ha sido confirmada oficialmente, ni se han precisado las causas del fallecimiento.
Personal de la Fiscalía y peritos realizaron las diligencias correspondientes y ordenaron el levantamiento del cuerpo para su traslado al Servicio Médico Forense.
Las autoridades mantienen abierta una carpeta de investigación para esclarecer lo ocurrido.

Orizaba, Ver.– Más de un siglo tras las rejas es el castigo que recibió Ricardo “N”, tras ser declarado culpable de secuestro agravado en un caso ocurrido en 2020 en la zona centro del estado.
Los hechos se registraron el 16 de septiembre de ese año, cuando la víctima fue privada de la libertad sobre la carretera que conecta Jalapilla y Tlilapan, en el municipio de Rafael Delgado. Tras el plagio, el ahora sentenciado exigió dinero a los familiares a cambio de su liberación.
Durante el juicio oral J-041/2022, la Fiscalía presentó pruebas que permitieron acreditar su responsabilidad, lo que derivó en una de las condenas más severas para este delito.
Aunque no se detalló públicamente el destino de la víctima, el juez con sede en Orizaba consideró plenamente comprobada la comisión del secuestro agravado.
Este tipo de sentencias buscan enviar un mensaje frente a uno de los delitos de mayor impacto en Veracruz, donde en años recientes se han registrado diversos casos similares.

How is it that just anyone can publish a weblog and get as popular as this? Your blog is fine. I simply want to touch upon the design. Its too loud. Its doing approach an excessive amount of and it takes away from what youve got to say which I think is basically important.
