Córdoba, Ver. – Veracruz se mantiene en los primeros lugares a nivel nacional en casos confirmados de dengue y con una tendencia ascendente, según reportes de la Dirección de Epidemiología de la Secretaría de Salud.
La dependencia de salud dio a conocer que el 64 por ciento de los casos confirmados del país lo concentraron Morelos (364), Veracruz (357), Guerrero (253), Oaxaca (186) y Michoacán (120).
Los estados con mayor incidencia de casos confirmados fueron Morelos (17.74 por ciento), Colima (12.59 por ciento), Guerrero (6.89 por ciento), Oaxaca (4.48 por ciento) y Veracruz (4.26 por ciento).
Los estados con mayor número de casos estimados fuero Morelos (969), Oaxaca (969), Guerrero (585), Veracruz (538) y Colima (185). Veracruz y Oaxaca, mostraron una tendencia ascendente de casos estimados al virus.
Estos concentraron el 73 por ciento del total de casos estimados y sumaron el 63 por ciento de los casos confirmados.
En lo que va de 2021 se han notificado 119 defunciones por probable dengue, de las cuales 8 están confirmadas, 37 se encuentran en estudio y 74 se han descartado.
Las defunciones confirmadas correspondieron a Oaxaca (3), Michoacán (2), Guerrero (1), Jalisco (1) y Morelos (1). Las defunciones en estudio corresponden a Sonora (7), Jalisco (5), Sinaloa (5), Chiapas (3), Guerrero (3), Morelos (3), Puebla (3), Tamaulipas (3), Yucatán (2), Campeche (1), Oaxaca (1) y Veracruz (1).
Las defunciones descartadas correspondieron a Jalisco (13), Guerrero (12), Chiapas (8), Oaxaca (6), Veracruz (6), Coahuila (5), Colima (5), Michoacán (4), Tabasco (4), San Luis Potosí (3), Yucatán (2), Baja California (1), Guanajuato (1), Nayarit (1), Querétaro (1), Quintana Roo (1) y Sinaloa (1).
Finalmente, la mayor proporción de casos estimados se registraron en la SSA (65 por ciento) y IMSS (25 por ciento).

La densitometría ósea es un estudio rápido e indoloro que permite conocer la densidad mineral de los huesos
Córdoba, Ver.- El Sistema Municipal DIF de Córdoba realizará una campaña de densitometrías óseas de tobillo a bajo costo, dirigida principalmente a personas de 50 años en adelante y a menores de esa edad que cuenten con un diagnóstico médico o algún padecimiento relacionado con la salud de los huesos.
El estudio tendrá una cuota de recuperación de 50 pesos y se llevará a cabo del 20 al 23 de octubre, como parte de una jornada que busca facilitar el acceso a este tipo de valoración.
La densitometría ósea permite conocer la densidad mineral de los huesos y obtener información que puede ser utilizada para dar seguimiento a la salud ósea. En esta campaña, la evaluación se realizará específicamente en la zona del tobillo.
Las personas interesadas deberán realizar su registro entre el 1 y el 15 de octubre en el área de Trabajo Social del Sistema Municipal DIF, en un horario de 8:00 de la mañana a 4:00 de la tarde.
Para solicitar el estudio será necesario presentar una identificación oficial vigente, CURP y comprobante de domicilio.
En el caso de personas menores de 50 años, el DIF estableció como requisito contar con un diagnóstico médico o algún padecimiento relacionado con los huesos, por lo que deberán presentar la documentación correspondiente al momento de realizar su registro.
La campaña contempla una cuota de recuperación de 50 pesos, con el propósito de acercar el estudio a personas que requieran seguimiento de su salud ósea sin cubrir el costo habitual de una valoración particular.
El DIF municipal hizo el llamado a las personas que cumplan con los requisitos a realizar su registro dentro del periodo establecido, debido a que los estudios serán practicados únicamente durante los cuatro días programados, del 20 al 23 de octubre.
La jornada forma parte de las acciones de atención y prevención que realiza el organismo asistencial para acercar servicios de salud a la población de Córdoba.

Córdoba, Ver.. – El deporte desde inicios de la administración 2026-2029 ha sido una de las prioridades, por ello este lunes el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba realizó la entrega de kits deportivos como parte del programa “Córdoba Sana y Activa” para escuelas de nivel básico.
Este evento, que se realizó en el gimnasio El Mexicano, tuvo como fin refrendar el compromiso de la administración con la educación, el deporte y el bienestar de las niñas, niños y jóvenes del municipio.
Durante la ceremonia, se dotó de equipo a 140 instituciones educativas para acercar herramientas y oportunidades que garanticen mejores condiciones para desarrollar actividades físicas.
El esfuerzo conjunto del gobierno Municipal, la coordinación de Bienestar y la Jefatura Municipal de Deporte tuvo como firme objetivo impulsar la práctica deportiva dentro de los planteles, aprovechar los espacios y fomentar hábitos para una vida activa y saludable.
Manuel Alonso Cerezo, presidente municipal de Córdoba, fue el encargado de brindar el mensaje oficial de bienvenida a las autoridades y directivos escolares asistentes. Por su parte, Dennis Araceli Lira Tosqui, coordinadora de Bienestar Social, hizo uso de la voz para detallar las acciones de este programa.
Alonso Cerezo, primera autoridad de la cuidad, agradeció la participación de 140 instituciones de la ciudad, y reiteró el compromiso de la administración 2026-2029 con el deporte, al tiempo que remarcó que en dicha materia para cualquier tipo de solicitud deben acercare a la Jefatura de Deporte que dirige Ricardo Rincón Espinoza.
Al alcalde Manuel Alonso Cerezo lo acompañaron Nayibe Sacre González, regidora quinta; Nhesma Faride Telis Arano, regidora séptima; Claudia Olga de la Huerta Manjarrez, regidora octava y quien cuenta con la comisión de Deporte; Dennis Araceli Lira Tosqui, coordinadora de Bienestar Social; Ricardo Rincón Espinoza, jefe de Deporte; y José Manuel Espinosa García, jefe Municipal de Educación.
Para concluir el evento, se realizó la toma de fotografía oficial con los representantes de las 140 escuelas beneficiadas.
Con esta entrega sin precedentes, el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba garantiza que los estudiantes cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para su desarrollo físico y mental, sentando las bases para una generación más sana, activa y alejada de conductas de riesgo.

Ciudad Mendoza, Ver.- La Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Veracruzana, región Orizaba-Córdoba, retomará sus actividades académicas este jueves 24 de septiembre, luego de 23 días de paro estudiantil y tras concretarse una serie de acuerdos entre los alumnos y autoridades universitarias.
La Universidad Veracruzana informó este miércoles que el movimiento quedó concluido oficialmente después de las reuniones sostenidas con representantes de los estudiantes, en las que se alcanzaron 12 acuerdos para permitir la reapertura del plantel ubicado en Camerino Z. Mendoza.
El paro comenzó el pasado 1 de septiembre y desde entonces las actividades académicas permanecieron suspendidas en la Facultad de Medicina. Durante este periodo, los estudiantes mantuvieron tomadas las instalaciones mientras se desarrollaban mesas de diálogo para revisar las demandas planteadas ante las autoridades universitarias.
El acuerdo alcanzado permitió destrabar las negociaciones y establecer las condiciones para que la comunidad estudiantil pueda regresar a las aulas. De acuerdo con la institución, las clases y actividades administrativas volverán a desarrollarse en los horarios habituales a partir de este jueves.
Como parte de los preparativos para la reapertura, durante este miércoles se llevan a cabo trabajos de limpieza y acondicionamiento dentro de las instalaciones, con el objetivo de dejar listos los espacios después de las semanas en que permanecieron sin actividades ordinarias.
Uno de los temas que quedará pendiente de definir es la manera en que se recuperarán las clases y evaluaciones que no pudieron realizarse durante el paro. Para ello, las coordinaciones académicas y jefaturas de departamento deberán informar los ajustes al calendario escolar y las nuevas fechas de las actividades que hayan sido reprogramadas.
La Universidad Veracruzana señaló que estos cambios serán comunicados a estudiantes y docentes conforme se establezca la programación correspondiente.
El cierre del paro pone fin a una de las etapas de mayor tensión reciente en la Facultad de Medicina de la región, donde los estudiantes mantuvieron su protesta durante más de tres semanas en espera de respuestas a sus planteamientos.
Ahora, con el regreso a las actividades, corresponderá a las autoridades universitarias y representantes estudiantiles dar seguimiento a los 12 acuerdos alcanzados durante las mesas de negociación.
La UV pidió a la comunidad de la Facultad mantenerse atenta a los comunicados oficiales para conocer cualquier modificación relacionada con el calendario académico, evaluaciones, recuperación de clases y demás actividades programadas.
Así, después de 23 días de suspensión, la Facultad de Medicina de la UV prepara el retorno de sus estudiantes y docentes a partir de este jueves, mientras se avanza en la reorganización de las actividades que quedaron pendientes durante el movimiento.
