Fallece médico tras derrumbe

Los Reyes, Ver.- Un derrumbe en la carretera federal 123 Orizaba–Zongolica cobró la vida del médico Carlos David Salazar Hernández, de 49 años, adscrito al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Zongolica y vecino de Ciudad Mendoza, luego de que su vehículo quedara sepultado por una masa de tierra y piedras a la altura de la comunidad Cruz Verde, en el municipio de Los Reyes.

Según reportes preliminares, el deslave ocurrió durante la mañana, cuando la fuerte lluvia que azota la región provocó que un talud se desprendiera de la ladera del cerro, cayendo directamente sobre la unidad que conducía el galeno. Testigos indicaron que Salazar Hernández trató de avanzar a pesar de la visibilidad reducida y el mal tiempo, pero fue sorprendido por el colapso del terreno.

Habitantes de la zona alertaron a las autoridades a través de redes sociales, lo que permitió desplegar de inmediato equipos de emergencia. Elementos de rescate de Tequila, Los Reyes y Zongolica trabajaron varias horas entre lodo y rocas para liberar el vehículo, confirmando el fallecimiento del conductor en el lugar.

Hasta el momento, el IMSS no ha emitido un comunicado oficial, aunque fuentes locales confirmaron la identidad de la víctima. Las autoridades estatales y municipales hicieron un llamado a la población para evitar transitar por la vía Orizaba–Zongolica, especialmente en los tramos más propensos a deslaves y cierres parciales derivados de las intensas lluvias de los últimos días.

La carretera federal 123 se mantiene bajo monitoreo constante, ya que los cerros continúan inestables y existe riesgo de nuevos derrumbes. Equipos de Protección Civil realizan recorridos preventivos y mantienen alerta permanente en comunidades cercanas, buscando minimizar riesgos para conductores y habitantes.

El accidente resalta la vulnerabilidad de la región montañosa central de Veracruz ante eventos meteorológicos extremos, donde la combinación de lluvias intensas y pendientes pronunciadas puede derivar en derrumbes repentinos que ponen en peligro la vida de quienes transitan por estas carreteras.

Autoridades reiteraron la importancia de extremar precauciones, atender las recomendaciones oficiales y evitar circular por zonas de riesgo hasta que las condiciones se estabilicen.

Ixhuatlán del Café, Ver.- Un hombre de 44 años fue detenido por elementos de la Policía Municipal luego de ser señalado por una mujer de haber ingresado presuntamente sin autorización a su vivienda y agredirla.

Los hechos fueron reportados durante la tarde de este martes, cuando la mujer pidió auxilio tras un supuesto altercado ocurrido dentro de su domicilio. De acuerdo con el señalamiento, el individuo habría llegado bajo los efectos del alcohol, la habría golpeado y amenazado, además de intentar cometer una agresión de carácter sexual.

Ante la emergencia, familiares de la mujer solicitaron la intervención de la Policía Municipal. Los elementos acudieron al lugar y posteriormente ubicaron al hombre señalado, quien fue detenido.

Tras ser asegurado, fue trasladado a la comandancia para los procedimientos correspondientes y posteriormente puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía General del Estado, con sede en Huatusco.

Será la autoridad ministerial la encargada de investigar los hechos, recabar las pruebas y determinar la situación jurídica del detenido.

Muere niño de 8 años al desplomarse una barda en su vivienda de Tierra Blanca

Tierra Blanca, Ver.- Un menor de ocho años perdió la vida la mañana de este martes luego de quedar atrapado bajo los escombros de una barda que se desplomó en el patio de una vivienda de la colonia Ampliación Cojinillo.

El accidente ocurrió cerca de las 10:00 horas, en un domicilio situado en el cruce de las calles 11 de Noviembre y Churubusco, donde el niño se encontraba en el área trasera de la casa.

De acuerdo con los primeros informes, una sección de una pared construida con bloques cedió de manera repentina y cayó sobre el menor, quien no tuvo oportunidad de ponerse a salvo.

Sus familiares se percataron de lo ocurrido después de escuchar el estruendo y acudieron al patio para intentar rescatarlo. De inmediato solicitaron la presencia de los cuerpos de emergencia.

Paramédicos se trasladaron al inmueble para brindarle atención; sin embargo, debido a las lesiones que sufrió, únicamente pudieron confirmar que ya no presentaba signos vitales.

El lugar fue acordonado mientras se realizaban las diligencias correspondientes. Elementos de seguridad y personal de la autoridad ministerial tomaron conocimiento del caso y se encargaron de las actuaciones necesarias para establecer cómo ocurrió el desplome.

El cuerpo del menor fue trasladado para los procedimientos legales correspondientes antes de ser entregado a sus familiares.

El fallecimiento provocó consternación entre habitantes de la colonia Ampliación Cojinillo, quienes se acercaron para expresar sus condolencias a los familiares.

Las autoridades continuarán con las investigaciones para determinar las circunstancias que provocaron el desprendimiento de la estructura y deslindar cualquier responsabilidad que pudiera derivarse del accidente.

Motociclista resulta lesionado tras choque

Córdoba, Ver. — Un motociclista resultó lesionado la mañana de este martes tras verse involucrado en un accidente con un automóvil sobre la carretera federal Córdoba-Veracruz, cerca de la desviación hacia Potrero Nuevo.

Tras el impacto, el conductor de la motocicleta quedó tendido sobre la carpeta asfáltica, por lo que automovilistas que circulaban por la zona solicitaron el apoyo de los servicios de emergencia.

Minutos después arribaron elementos de la Policía Municipal y paramédicos de Amatlán de los Reyes, quienes brindaron los primeros auxilios al motociclista y lograron estabilizarlo en el sitio.

Las autoridades tomaron conocimiento del accidente y realizaron las diligencias correspondientes para documentar lo ocurrido. Posteriormente, las unidades involucradas serían retiradas de la zona para liberar la circulación.

Serán las autoridades competentes las encargadas de determinar las circunstancias en que ocurrió el percance y deslindar responsabilidades.
