“Generales de San Joaquín” denuncian que les arrebataron su pase a la final

Yanga, Ver. — En medio de la celebración por haber conseguido su pase a la gran final, el equipo Generales de San Joaquín anunció su salida definitiva de la Liga Cañera de Béisbol de Yanga, luego de que el presidente de la liga, Polo Romero, aceptara una apelación del conjunto Piratas de la Concha, revirtiendo el resultado del partido.

El pasado domingo 9 de noviembre, en el Deportivo Jaime “Loco” Abad, los Generales habían vencido con autoridad a los Piratas con marcador de 11-6, asegurando su lugar en la final tras barrer la serie.

Sin embargo, días después, la directiva de la liga dio por válida una protesta presentada en mesa por los Piratas, lo que cambió el desenlace del campeonato.

A través de un comunicado difundido en redes sociales, los Generales expresaron su inconformidad y acusaron al presidente de la liga de favorecer decisiones “antideportivas”.

“No aceptamos estas actitudes donde los equipos no saben perder y hacen sus porquerías en mesa”, señalaron.

El equipo lamentó que este tipo de situaciones empañen el espíritu del béisbol regional, recordando que los Piratas “ya han sido expulsados de otras ligas por su comportamiento conflictivo”.

Pese a la frustración, los Generales agradecieron a su afición por el apoyo constante durante la temporada. “Su energía desde las gradas fue fundamental. ¡Mil gracias, afición! ¡Todos somos Generales!”, concluye el mensaje.

Con esto, el conjunto de San Joaquín pone fin a su participación en la Liga Cañera, dejando en el aire una polémica que, según los jugadores, “le quitó el sabor limpio al deporte”.

Atoyac, Ver.– El Ayuntamiento de Atoyac lanzó la convocatoria para participar en el torneo de béisbol de la liga intermunicipal, con el objetivo de fomentar el deporte y la sana convivencia entre la población.

De acuerdo con la invitación, el periodo de inscripciones ya se encuentra abierto y cerrará el próximo 24 de abril, por lo que autoridades exhortaron a equipos y jugadores a registrarse dentro del plazo establecido.

El torneo contempla la participación de novenas de distintos municipios de la región, en un ambiente competitivo que busca fortalecer la práctica del béisbol y la integración comunitaria.

Como incentivo, se informó que habrá premios en efectivo para los equipos que obtengan el primer y segundo lugar, lo que añade atractivo a la competencia.

Autoridades municipales destacaron que este tipo de actividades deportivas permiten impulsar estilos de vida saludables, así como generar espacios de esparcimiento para jóvenes y adultos.

Finalmente, hicieron un llamado a la ciudadanía a sumarse a este torneo, ya sea como participantes o asistentes, y respaldar este tipo de iniciativas que promueven el deporte en el municipio.

Durante dos días de intensa actividad futbolística, los encuentros se disputaron este miércoles 08 de abril, en el campo de la primaria “Cándido Aguilar” y en la Unidad Deportiva de San José, siendo esta última la sede donde se desarrollaron los partidos finales del torneo.

En la categoría Sub-11, la final se enfrentaron Faraones ante Fuertes Club Deportivo Fortín, en un duelo muy parejo que mantuvo la emoción hasta el final. Tras concluir el tiempo reglamentario, el campeonato se tuvo que definir desde los tiros de penal, donde el conjunto de Fuertes Club Deportivo Fortín fue más certero para quedarse con el título.

Por su parte, en la final de la Sub-13, los equipos Fuertes Club Deportivo y CDB SJ protagonizaron un encuentro cerrado y disputado; al término del tiempo oficial, el árbitro Ponce decretó el final del partido y el campeón tuvo que definirse también desde los once pasos, donde el equipo CDB SJ mostró mayor efectividad para quedarse con el campeonato.

Al finalizar los encuentros se realizó la ceremonia de premiación, donde estuvieron presentes como invitados especiales la síndica única, María Cecilia Rodríguez Reyes; la regidora tercera, Denia Abril Amaro Sánchez; la encargada de Desarrollo Humano, Alejandra Murueta; la titular del Instituto de la Juventud, Diana Román, así como el coordinador de COMUDE, Christian Hernández Marrero.

Cada jugador de los equipos finalistas recibió su medalla de participación, por su parte, los campeones fueron reconocidos con el trofeo conmemorativo de esta primera edición del Torneo Vacaciones de Semana Santa, un evento que reunió a jóvenes futbolistas y que promovió la práctica del deporte durante el periodo vacacional en el municipio.

Listo el rol de juegos del Torneo Internacional de Béisbol en Córdoba 2026

Córdoba, Ver.— Todo se encuentra listo para el arranque del Torneo Internacional de Béisbol Córdoba International Baseball Tournament 2026, que reunirá a equipos nacionales e internacionales en distintos municipios de la región centro del estado.

El certamen iniciará el lunes 6 de abril en el Beisborama, donde los Cafeteros de Córdoba abrirán actividades enfrentando a la novena de México a las 9:30 horas. Ese mismo día se desarrollarán encuentros simultáneos en sedes como Yanga y Potrero, marcando el inicio de una intensa semana de competencia.

Durante la fase regular, equipos como República Dominicana, Cuba, Guatemala, México, así como academias como Baseball Connects, Balderas y HH, disputarán encuentros en municipios como Ixhualtán, Omealca, Tezonapa y Tlalixcoyan, llevando el béisbol a diferentes puntos de la región.

El torneo destaca por su formato itinerante, que permite acercar el espectáculo a diversas comunidades, además de fomentar el deporte y la convivencia internacional entre jóvenes peloteros.

Para el miércoles 8 de abril se contempla una jornada intensa en el Beisborama con tres partidos consecutivos, mientras que el viernes 10 se definirán los equipos que avanzarán a la fase final.

La actividad culminará el sábado 11 de abril nuevamente en el Beisborama, con el juego por el tercer lugar a las 9:30 horas y la gran final programada a las 13:30 horas, donde se conocerá al campeón del torneo.

Este evento deportivo no solo posiciona a Córdoba como sede de competencias internacionales, sino que también impulsa el turismo y la economía local, al atraer visitantes de distintos países y regiones del país.

Con una cartelera cargada de talento y encuentros de alto nivel, el béisbol será protagonista en la zona centro de Veracruz durante toda la semana.
