Impondrán nuevas casetas en la autopista Córdoba–Orizaba

Orizaba, Ver.– Empresarios de la región centro de Veracruz advirtieron que el proyecto federal para instalar dos nuevas casetas de cobro en la autopista Córdoba–Orizaba–Ciudad Mendoza (150D) reabrirá un conflicto carretero que se creía superado tras la eliminación de la caseta de Fortín hace más de tres años.

El plan, impulsado por el Fondo Nacional de Infraestructura (Fonadin) en conjunto con la empresa Cal y Mayor y Asociados, plantea colocar nuevos puntos de cobro en los tramos Balastrera (Nogales) y Amatlán de los Reyes, con una inversión estimada en cinco mil millones de pesos. La concesión contempla la modernización, mantenimiento y operación de 45.3 kilómetros de autopista durante un periodo de diez años.

Los representantes empresariales señalaron que la propuesta ya había sido descartada en 2022, luego de que estudios técnicos y sociales confirmaran su inviabilidad. En aquel entonces, se concluyó que la medida afectaría directamente a transportistas, productores y usuarios locales, además de provocar nuevos cuellos de botella en una de las vías más transitadas del estado.

“Retomar esta idea es un retroceso. Después de la eliminación de la caseta de Fortín, el tránsito entre Veracruz y el altiplano se normalizó sin necesidad de nuevos peajes”, afirmó un empresario del sector industrial consultado.

De acuerdo con el sector privado, las nuevas casetas impactarían a 12 municipios del corredor Córdoba–Orizaba, entre ellos Nogales, Río Blanco, Ixtaczoquitlán, Ciudad Mendoza y Maltrata, además de poner en riesgo infraestructura crítica que atraviesa la zona, como ductos de Pemex, líneas de CFE y Telmex, gasoductos y acueductos, así como varios cruces de ríos y vías férreas.

Los empresarios llamaron a la Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), Capufe y al propio Fonadin a detener el proceso de licitación y abrir una mesa de diálogo con los municipios colindantes para evaluar los impactos técnicos y económicos.

“El proyecto no mejora la conectividad ni la seguridad; solo incrementará los costos logísticos y reducirá la competitividad regional”, advirtieron los representantes del sector productivo.

Córdoba, Ver.,– Como parte de su agenda de trabajo enfocada en el cuidado del medio ambiente y el fortalecimiento del tejido social, la regidora novena, Vania, impulsó la realización del curso “Foto de Calle con Perspectiva Verde”, iniciativa que promovió la cultura ambiental a través de la participación ciudadana.

El Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, mediante la regiduría a su cargo, reunió a ciudadanos interesados en explorar la fotografía como una herramienta para generar conciencia sobre el entorno urbano y natural, fomentando una mirada más crítica y sensible hacia los espacios públicos.

La capacitación fue impartida por el fotógrafo e investigador social Jorge Negroe, quien desarrolló un programa que combinó teoría, práctica y reflexión colectiva. Durante las sesiones, las y los participantes aprendieron a utilizar la cámara digital o el teléfono celular para contar historias visuales que inviten al cuidado del medio ambiente.

Como parte de las actividades prácticas, el grupo visitó la laguna El Porvenir, donde realizaron un recorrido en trajineras que permitió profundizar en el análisis de las relaciones entre sociedad y naturaleza, así como en la importancia de construir un equilibrio entre el desarrollo urbano y la conservación ambiental.

Asimismo, se efectuó un ejercicio de foto avistamiento de aves, promoviendo la observación consciente y el respeto por la biodiversidad local.

Con este tipo de iniciativas, la regidora Vania reafirma su compromiso de impulsar acciones que fortalezcan la educación ambiental, la participación ciudadana y el sentido de pertenencia entre las y los cordobeses.

Reconoce dirigente del PAN, Isaac Luz a mujeres cordobesas

Córdoba, Ver. – En reconocimiento a la mujer y su invaluable aportación a la sociedad, el presidente del comité municipal del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN) Isaac Luz López,
sostendrá un encuentro con mujeres y simpatizantes panistas de la ciudad, el próximo 8 de marzo en el Hotel HB Córdoba.

Luz López, recordó que uno de sus compromisos es trabajar de cerca con la militancia, parte de ello, hace unos días se otorgaron talleres de auto empleo de cocina, mismos que registraron un sobrecupo, por lo que a decir de Isaac Luz, este tipo de actividades continuarán desarrollándose al interior del comité municipal, como parte del compromiso sostenido.

Mientras que en reconocimiento a la mujer, ha preparado un conversatorio – comida para el próximo 8 de marzo y en la que se contará con la participación de mujeres destacadas en la política quiénes servirán de inspiración.

Instalan Consejo Consultivo del Medio Ambiente

Córdoba, Ver. – Con la participación de empresarios, académicos, funcionarios municipales y sociedad civil, este viernes quedó instalado el Consejo Consultivo del Medio Ambiente, que tiene como finalidad atender las necesidades en el rubro.

Al respecto la regidora Vania López González, refirió que se va a seguir trabajando en materia ambiental, atendiendo el tema de la reforestación, y de mejoramiento de banquetas, que tienen árboles de edad avanzada que las han afectado, entre otras acciones.

“Ustedes saben que las banquetas tienen árboles de bastante edad y sus raíces dañan la infraestructura, por lo que pediremos a obra pública un programa de mejora de banquetas, y de esta manera el área de Parques y Jardines, así como Ecología, les den mantenimiento a dichos árboles, entre otras acciones.

El Consejo Consultivo del Medio Ambiente está conformado por el alcalde Manuel Alonso Cerezo, la edil Vania López González; Norma Berzabel Zilli Ponce, directora de la Facultad de Ciencias Biológicas y Agropecuarias de la Universidad Veracruzana; Laura Roque Maciel, directora de la escuela CECFOR de la Comisión Nacional Forestal; Rafael Arturo Muñoz Márquez Trujillo, director del Colegio de Posgraduados; Bladimir Rescalvo Ballona, director de la Universidad Mesoamérica.

Así como también José Manuel Gutiérrez Nieto de Canaco Córdoba; Marcela López Huerta, presidenta de Canacope; Ángel Vásquez Cruz, presidente de Proyectos Biológicos Sustentables; Jaime Ernesto Rivera Hernández, director del Centro de Estudios Geográficos, Biológicos y Comunitarios.

De igual forma lo integran Guillermo Goliat Nava, Javier González Bautista y Jorge Vélez González por parte de la sociedad civil y entre los funcionarios se encuentran René Moshe Burguete Ameca coordinado de Servicios Municipales, Victor Sorcia Reyes, representante de la zona rural y Tayde Elizabeth González López, encargada de la jefatura de Protección Ambiental.
