Lluvias y tormentas aumentarán este fin de semana en Veracruz

Xalapa, Ver.– El potencial de lluvias y tormentas eléctricas incrementará durante este fin de semana en Veracruz debido al paso de una onda tropical y la permanencia de una vaguada sobre el suroeste del Golfo de México, informaron autoridades meteorológicas.De acuerdo con el pronóstico, las precipitaciones podrían estar acompañadas de descargas eléctricas, rachas de viento y posible caída de granizo, por lo que se recomienda a la población mantenerse atenta a los avisos oficiales y extremar precauciones, principalmente en zonas vulnerables a inundaciones, encharcamientos y deslaves.Las autoridades exhortaron a evitar cruzar ríos, arroyos o vialidades con corriente de agua y, durante tormentas eléctricas, resguardarse en lugares seguros, alejados de árboles, estructuras metálicas y cuerpos de agua. Asimismo, recomendaron asegurar objetos que puedan ser desplazados por el viento.Aunque a partir del inicio de la próxima semana se prevé una disminución gradual en el potencial de lluvias, persistirán precipitaciones aisladas, principalmente en regiones montañosas y del sur del estado. El ambiente continuará cálido a caluroso y húmedo, con viento moderado del noreste, este y sureste.

Xalapa, Ver.- La gobernadora Rocío Nahle García instruyó a la Secretaría de Educación de Veracruz (SEV) reforzar en los planteles públicos el mensaje de que no deben cobrarse cuotas ni inscripciones, mediante la colocación de lonas visibles para informar a madres, padres de familia y estudiantes.

Durante su conferencia de prensa de este lunes, la mandataria señaló que el cobro de estos conceptos puede convertirse en una barrera para que los jóvenes continúen sus estudios, por lo que pidió que la gratuidad de la educación pública quede claramente establecida en las escuelas.

Nahle también solicitó atender las necesidades administrativas básicas de los planteles para evitar que docentes y directivos tengan que asumir gastos que correspondan a la operación de las instituciones.

El tema fue abordado al informar sobre el incremento en la matrícula de los institutos tecnológicos luego de la eliminación de cuotas e inscripciones. Como ejemplo, mencionó al Tecnológico de Huatusco, que para el ciclo escolar 2026-2027 registra 2 mil 500 estudiantes adicionales de nuevo ingreso.

La demanda, de acuerdo con lo expuesto por la Gobernadora, incluso supera la capacidad actual de ese plantel, por lo que instruyó revisar la posibilidad de habilitar un turno vespertino y, de ser necesario, construir nuevas aulas.

Como parte del regreso a clases, el Gobierno estatal también informó sobre la distribución de 8.7 millones de Libros de Texto Gratuitos para estudiantes de educación básica.

La entrega cuenta con la participación de la SEV y de los ayuntamientos, principalmente para llevar los materiales hasta comunidades y congregaciones alejadas.

Nahle pidió a los municipios apoyar con el traslado y distribución de los libros. Cuando algún ayuntamiento no pueda realizar esta tarea, indicó que el Gobierno estatal asumirá directamente la entrega.

En educación media superior, informó que serán construidos nueve bachilleratos Margarita Maza con recursos federales, mientras que para 2027 se contempla la construcción de Centros de Atención Múltiple en Zongolica y Tequila.

El Fresno prepara su primera Feria del Maíz, la Tortilla y el Queso

Tlacolulan, Ver.– La localidad de El Fresno, en el municipio de Tlacolulan, se alista para celebrar por primera vez la Feria del Maíz, la Tortilla y el Queso, una fiesta que busca poner en el centro los productos tradicionales de la comunidad y generar movimiento económico entre productores, cocineras, comerciantes y emprendedores.

La celebración se llevará a cabo este sábado 22 y domingo 23 de agosto, con entrada libre y un programa que contempla actividades gastronómicas, música, concursos y rifas para los asistentes.

Vianey Landa Sánchez, presidenta del comité organizador, informó que el sábado las actividades comenzarán desde las 17:00 horas con una rodada de motociclistas que partirá de Altopachico Talpa rumbo a El Fresno.

A las 18:00 horas se realizará el corte de listón inaugural, seguido de la rifa de un casco para motociclista y accesorios, además del primer concurso de comelones y la coronación de la Reina y las Princesas de la feria.

Para el domingo, las actividades comenzarán al mediodía con un tributo a Joan Sebastian. Durante esta jornada se realizará una de las rifas principales: una motoneta eléctrica entre los asistentes.

También se rifará una estufa ecológica destinada a mujeres dedicadas a la elaboración de tortillas, como una forma de reconocer el trabajo que realizan y apoyar sus actividades.

La gastronomía será otro de los atractivos de la feria, con concursos para determinar quién puede comer un elote más rápido y quién logra imponerse en el concurso de comelones de gorditas.

Las actividades concluirán entre las 18:00 y las 20:00 horas del domingo con la presentación de un grupo sorpresa.

De acuerdo con el comité organizador, la feria surgió como una iniciativa ciudadana con respaldo de Alma Tlacolulense, el Ayuntamiento, habitantes de la comunidad, patrocinadores, empresas, marcas e instituciones.

Además de la convivencia, la celebración pretende preservar las tradiciones de El Fresno, promover el consumo de productos de la región y atraer visitantes para favorecer las ventas de productores, cocineras tradicionales, comerciantes y pequeños emprendedores.

Con dos días de actividades y acceso gratuito, los organizadores esperan que esta primera edición se convierta en una celebración anual para la comunidad.

Xalapa, Ver..-  El paso de la onda tropical número 29 y la persistencia de un canal de bajo presión sobre el Golfo de México, mantiene las condiciones para lluvias fuerte a muy fuertes, especialmente en la región central de la entidad, según información de la Secretaría de Protección del Estado (SPC).

Se prevén tormentas fuertes de 25 a 50 milímetros a muy fuertes de 50 a 75 mm en las cuencas de los ríos Tonalá, Coatzacoalcos y Papaloapan, así como en zonas montañosas del Jamapa-Cotaxtla, Tecolutla y Cazones.

También lluvias con intervalos de chubascos de 5.1 a 25 mm en zonas montañosas desde la cuenca del Pánuco hasta La Antigua, la región de Los Tuxtlas y la costa central; así como lluvias escasas o lloviznas de 0.1 a 5 mm el resto de la entidad veracruzana.

En algunos casos las lluvias se acompañarán por descargas eléctricas y viento en rachas.

El viento será del este y sureste en la porción norte, mientras que, en el centro y sur será del noreste y norte, en todos los casos de 25 a 35 kilómetros por hora (km/h).

Para mañana viernes, se espera cielo medio nublado a nublado con tormentas fuertes de 25 a 50 mm en las cuencas de los ríos Papaloapan, Coatzacoalcos y Tonalá, así como en zonas montañosas del Tecolutla.

Con menor intensidad, se prevén chubascos de 5.1 a 25 mm en zonas montañosas del Jamapa-Cotaxtla, La Antigua, Actopan, Nautla y Misantla, además de las cuencas bajas del Pánuco y Tuxpan

Dichas condiciones de tiempo serán similares para el sábado con cielo medio nublado a nublado con tormentas puntuales muy fuertes de 50 a 75 mm en las cuencas de los ríos Coatzacoalcos y Tonalá, y porciones medias y altas del Papaloapan.

Así como tormentas fuertes 25 a 50 mm en el resto del Papaloapan y la región de Los Tuxtlas; lluvias con intervalos de chubascos de 5.1 a 25 mm) en zonas montañosas del Jamapa[1]Cotaxtla, La Antigua, Actopan, Misantla, Nautla, Tecolutla y Cazones, así como en zonas bajas del Pánuco y Tuxpan.

El ambiente estos días se percibirá caluroso a muy caluroso en el norte; cálido a caluroso en el centro y sur de dicho estado, al igual que, en zonas de planicies y costas de Veracruz; templado en zonas medias y altas.

Y, durante las noches y madrugadas será templado en zonas bajas y frío a fresco en zonas de montaña.
