Muere campesino tras enfrentamiento con Policía Municipal de Naranjal
Acusan uso excesivo de la fuerza

Córdoba, Ver.- Juan Carlos Rojas Tepole, campesino de 38 años, falleció la mañana de este viernes en el Hospital General de Córdoba, luego de permanecer tres días en terapia intensiva tras recibir un disparo en el abdomen durante un enfrentamiento con elementos de la Policía Municipal de Naranjal.
Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado martes 16 de julio, alrededor del mediodía, en las inmediaciones de las oficinas de la CFE y la clínica del IMSS, en Naranjal. Según relataron familiares, policías municipales al mando del comandante Sabas López Hernández arribaron al lugar a bordo de varias patrullas, presuntamente con uso desmedido de la fuerza, en una zona donde se celebraba un convivio.
Durante el altercado, uno de los oficiales fue herido con arma blanca en el rostro y los brazos. En respuesta, el policía identificado como Gustavo “N” accionó su arma de cargo, hiriendo de gravedad a Juan Carlos Rojas.
Testimonios recabados por la familia señalan que Rojas Tepole había acudido al sitio tras enterarse de una presunta agresión contra su hijo menor de edad y una adolescente de 15 años. Tras recibir el impacto de bala, también habría sido golpeado y despojado de sus pertenencias. Malherido, fue arrastrado hasta la comandancia municipal, donde se intentó justificar que los hechos ocurrieron frente al Palacio Municipal.
Paramédicos de la Cruz Roja atendieron al lesionado y lo trasladaron en estado crítico al hospital, donde finalmente perdió la vida este viernes, dejando en orfandad a dos hijos menores.
La Fiscalía Regional actualizó la carpeta de investigación y reclasificó el delito contra el oficial Gustavo “N”, quien ahora enfrenta cargos por homicidio. Las autoridades continúan con las indagatorias para esclarecer lo sucedido.

Omealca, Ver.- Dos personas perdieron la vida y otras dos resultaron gravemente lesionadas tras un choque entre dos motocicletas registrado sobre la carretera estatal Omealca-Tezonapa, a la altura del kilómetro G-29.
De acuerdo con los primeros informes, el impacto fue de tal magnitud que los cuatro ocupantes salieron proyectados varios metros sobre el pavimento. Automovilistas que circulaban por la zona dieron aviso a los cuerpos de emergencia.
Paramédicos de Protección Civil atendieron a las víctimas; una de ellas ya no contaba con signos vitales al momento de su llegada, mientras que otra fue trasladada de urgencia al Hospital General de Zona del IMSS, donde falleció cuando recibía atención médica.
Las víctimas fueron identificadas como Guadalupe Gutiérrez y Andrés Herrera.
Los otros dos lesionados fueron estabilizados y posteriormente canalizados al Hospital Civil de Yanga, donde permanecen bajo atención médica.
Elementos de la Policía resguardaron el área del accidente, mientras personal de la Fiscalía Regional y Servicios Periciales realizó las diligencias de ley y ordenó el traslado de los cuerpos al Servicio Médico Forense (Semefo).
Las autoridades ministeriales iniciaron la carpeta de investigación correspondiente para esclarecer cómo ocurrió el percance y determinar las responsabilidades.

Córdoba, Ver.- Un incendio de gran magnitud consumió tres viviendas construidas con madera y materiales ligeros en la colonia Tierra y Libertad, provocando la movilización de cuerpos de emergencia y la evacuación preventiva de 21 viviendas cercanas para evitar una tragedia mayor.
La emergencia se registró a un costado del mercado La Isla, sobre el bulevar Agustín Millán, donde habitantes del sector comenzaron a percibir humo y el sonido de la madera al incendiarse.
En pocos minutos, las llamas se extendieron hacia dos viviendas contiguas, favorecidas por la cercanía entre las construcciones y el tipo de materiales con los que fueron edificadas.
El fuego provocó momentos de tensión entre las familias, que abandonaron sus hogares mientras intentaban rescatar documentos, ropa y algunos muebles antes de que el incendio avanzara. Varios vecinos utilizaron cubetas con agua y mangueras para tratar de contener las llamas, aunque el esfuerzo fue insuficiente ante la intensidad del siniestro.
Elementos del Cuerpo de Bomberos, Protección Civil, Policía Municipal y otras corporaciones implementaron un operativo para evitar que el incendio alcanzara más viviendas. Mientras los bomberos trabajaban para sofocar el fuego, personal de seguridad recorrió la zona para desalojar a las familias que se encontraban en riesgo.
Como medida preventiva fueron evacuadas 21 viviendas y alrededor de 25 personas fueron llevadas a un sitio seguro. Paramédicos brindaron atención a cinco habitantes que presentaron crisis nerviosa; ninguno requirió ser trasladado a un hospital.
Tras varios minutos de labores, los cuerpos de emergencia lograron controlar el incendio y continuaron con trabajos de enfriamiento para eliminar cualquier riesgo de que las llamas volvieran a reactivarse.
Las tres viviendas afectadas sufrieron daños totales, dejando a las familias prácticamente sin patrimonio. Una vez extinguido el fuego, los propietarios ingresaron entre los escombros para recuperar algunas pertenencias que sobrevivieron al incendio.
Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado qué originó el siniestro. Será mediante los peritajes correspondientes como se determinen las causas del incendio y se evalúe el monto de las pérdidas materiales.
Protección Civil inició el levantamiento de información de las familias afectadas para valorar la entrega de apoyo, mientras la zona permaneció resguardada durante varias horas hasta descartar cualquier riesgo para los habitantes.

Carrillo Puerto, Ver.- Un operativo encabezado por autoridades ministeriales en la comunidad de El Palmar culminó con la detención de tres personas y el aseguramiento de diversas dosis de presunta droga, así como dos motocicletas que quedaron bajo resguardo para las investigaciones correspondientes.
La diligencia fue realizada en un inmueble identificado dentro de una carpeta de investigación relacionada con posibles actividades ilícitas. Tras obtener la autorización judicial, agentes de procuración de justicia ingresaron al domicilio para efectuar una inspección en busca de indicios vinculados con los hechos investigados.
Durante el cateo, los elementos localizaron sustancias con características similares a narcóticos, las cuales fueron aseguradas y enviadas para los análisis periciales que permitan determinar su composición y cantidad exacta.
En el lugar fueron detenidos Luis “N”, de 26 años; Ana “N”, de 35 años; y Edmundo “N”, de 48 años, quienes fueron trasladados ante la Fiscalía Regional para que se determine su situación jurídica conforme a derecho.
Además, dos motocicletas encontradas dentro de la propiedad quedaron aseguradas por las autoridades. Las unidades serán sometidas a revisiones para verificar su procedencia y descartar que estén relacionadas con algún hecho delictivo.
Fuentes cercanas al caso señalaron que el operativo forma parte de las acciones que se mantienen en la región para combatir actividades ilícitas y fortalecer las investigaciones ministeriales en municipios de la zona centro del estado.
Los indicios recabados durante la intervención ya forman parte de la carpeta de investigación, mientras que el Ministerio Público continuará con las diligencias necesarias para determinar posibles responsabilidades y establecer si existen más personas involucradas.
Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado sobre nuevas detenciones derivadas de este caso; sin embargo, las indagatorias permanecen abiertas y no se descartan nuevas acciones conforme avance la investigación.
