Consummatum est, Yunes Iscariote
Así como Judas Iscariote besó a Jesús después de la última cena, para traicionarlo, así lo hizo hoy Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares, ahora senador suplente de su hijo, y no sólo traicionó a los 21 senadores de su bancada, ni a su partido, traicionó a los veracruzanos, a los mexicanos.
Y no solo fueron 30 monedas, fueron las múltiples denuncias que hay contra él y contra toda su familia. Su culpabilidad y sus manos sucias lo llevaron a aceptar el trueque de traicionar a los mexicanos, de dejarlos en la completa indefensión.
Qué estarán pensando el millón de votantes que creyeron en ellos, los mismos que mencionó en el pleno que consiguieron para Marko Cortés, qué pensarán que solo los ocuparon como moneda de cambio, para un escaño y para ganar su impunidad.
Hoy los Yunes azules se vistieron de guinda, hoy no solo traicionaron a un partido, traicionaron a la patria; sus militantes fueron la moneda de cambio para que no tocarán ni siquiera un ministerio público; hoy fueron eso que tanto criticaron unos traidores.
“Ni traidor ni cobarde” dijo con la mano temblorosa el patriarca, pero como dicen las sagradas escrituras, por sus actos los conoceréis, y no es la primera vez que lo hace, lo hizo cuando militaba en el PRI, y ahora lo hace en el PAN, mañana lo hará con Morena, es su modus vivendi; así ha sobrevivido políticamente, apuñalando por la espalda a quienes lo apoyaron y a los miles de veracruzanos que creyeron en ellos, en todos los de su familia.
Ante esta nueva traición, sin duda, la vergüenza y la deshonra ahora los perseguirá para toda su vida. Su cárcel será esa, no poder ver a la cara a los veracruzanos, a los mexicanos y hasta a sus propios descendientes. A todos ellos se les olvidó que “la patria es primero”.
Lo peor de esto también fue cómo traficaron con sus puestos, con su apellido, y en la acalorada discusión en la máxima tribuna del país, el presidente de su partido Marko Cortés, le recordó cómo su hijo, el senador con licencia por “problemas en la espalda”, los ayudó en 2021 que impugnaron su candidatura por falsificar su residencia, pidió que pusieran a su mujer Paty Lobeira.
Como años atrás consiguieron la gubernatura por Veracruz y actualmente pidieron la senaduría que obtuvieron como primera minoría y de suplente al patriarca de la familia.
Hoy, la mayoría oficialista que tanto acusaba y señalaban los Yunes, esa que ventiló las propiedades y cuentas bancarias de la próxima gobernadora de Veracruz, lo recibieron como su héroe nacional. Al mismo que acusaban de corrupto, hoy le abrieron la puerta del Senado con porras y ovaciones mientras a la democracia de este país ya se la llevó la chingada.

Para los seres humanos la empatía, esa capacidad de identificarse con los pensamientos y sentimientos de alguien más, es un valor que puede ser poco valorado, y para la Inteligencia Artificial, como Chat GTP, es un patrón desconocido, aunque -dicen los expertos- puede llegar a simularlo.
En los tiempos actuales, tener ese sentimiento que te hace identificarte y preocuparte por alguien más es difícil de encontrar y ver. Y si se tiene o siente, a veces se prefiere ocultar, que no se vea o se sepa, porque empatizar con el otro es ponerse en sus zapatos y sentir, lo bueno y lo malo.
Hay que decirlo: Algunas personas no tienen esa capacidad o la tienen muy reducida, casi imperceptible. Ahora, pensar que una herramienta de inteligencia artificial empatice puede ser una utopía.
Una de las principales herramientas tecnológicas que utiliza la niñez y adolescencia en México es justo ese chatbot lanzado en 2022. Lo mismo lo usan para hacer tareas y resolver dudas cotidianas, que para pedirle consejos sobre sus ligues.
Según datos del año pasado, la aplicación tenía más de 400 millones de usuarios activos a la semana y el sitio web consiguió 3 mil 905 millones de visitas sólo durante un mes.
Qué hace Chat GTP, tú preguntas, “el” responde, pero qué responde cuándo las preguntas son sobre prácticas de riesgo, que podrían atentar contra la integridad física de los más jóvenes.
El compromiso de los creadores de esta herramienta (OpenAI, una empresa con sede en San Francisco, California) fue implementar recursos para apoyar a las familias y realizar notificaciones para mantener la seguridad de las y los adolescentes.
El País quiso probar esta herramienta y los controles parentales que implementaron en septiembre pasado.
Lo hizo creando tres usuarios ficticios de entre 12 y 15 años de edad, quienes manifestaron problemas emocionales.
De manera sucinta, esto fue lo que encontró: “proporciona información detallada sobre el uso de sustancias tóxicas, conductas de riesgo y cómo atentar contra la propia vida”.
Una persona empática, en lo emocional y cognitivo, alertaría a sus progenitores o daría orientación para evitar prácticas riesgosas. Pero de ninguna manera brindaría información de cómo vulnerar su integridad.
Con el uso de toda herramienta tecnológica, sobre todo de IA, la niñez y adolescencia debe tener el acompañamiento y orientación de un adulto responsable. No podemos esperar que el Chat GTP empatice.

Transparencia 3.0; Nota roja: periodismo de riesgo en Veracruz
En 2012, en un periodo de dos meses, cinco periodistas en ese estado fueron asesinados en hechos distintos.

Desde el sexenio de Fidel Herrera Beltrán, Veracruz fue escenario de hechos violentos que podrían estar relacionados con el narcotráfico, un lastre para el estado y el país que ha trastocado los sectores sociales, políticos y económicos del país.
El periodismo veracruzano no ha estado exento de sus consecuencias. Desde ese momento y hasta ahora, los medios de comunicación no han estado preparados para las escenas que se han visto: enfrentamientos entre sicarios y policías, cadáveres de personas en las calles, embolsados, envueltos en sábanas y decapitados.
En 2012, en un periodo de dos meses, cinco periodistas en ese estado fueron asesinados en hechos distintos. En ese momento, muchos reporteros de la nota roja abandonaron el periodismo o se cambiaron de sección para evitar estar expuestos.
En Xalapa, asesinaron a Regina Martínez (corresponsal de Proceso) y Víctor Manuel Báez (editor de la sección policiaca en Milenio Veracruz), ambos daban cobertura a los hechos de inseguridad. También mataron a Gabriel Huge, Esteban Rodríguez y Guillermo Luna, reporteros de la nota policiaca.
En aquel terrible año, en el gobierno de Javier Duarte, crearon la Comisión Estatal de Protección de Periodistas (Ceapp), supuestamente para protegerlos y atender la problemática, en un momento crítico. Nació como un organismo autónomo del Estado, con personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propios, y con representación de periodistas y directivos de medios en activo.
El pasado 8 de enero, en Poza Rica (13 años después de aquel atroz 2012), Carlos Castro, reportero que cubría la “nota roja”, fue asesinado. Ya había denunciado amenazas por la cobertura que realizaba.
De manera inmediata, el gobierno federal explicó y transparentó que Carlos había abandonado por “voluntad” las medidas de seguridad que tuvo en el 2024, brindadas por la Ceapp, las cuales -hay que decirlo- para muchos resultaban insuficientes.
La historia debe servir para entender y mejorar el presente. En Veracruz no podemos volver a vivir un 2012 y no sólo es un tema de la Ceapp, sin quitarles la responsabilidad que les toca y que pareciera no han asumido con seriedad.
Es un problema que también continúa -como ocurre con los feminicidios- por los altos índices de impunidad.
La coordinación y colaboración institucional es primordial entre la federación, el estado, la fiscalía local, pero habría que involucrar también a la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos y a la Comisión Estatal de Víctimas.
Y si los reporteros no perdieron la vida por su labor periodística y cobertura de sucesos policiacos, igual se debe investigar y esclarecer las causas; porque es un hecho que, periódicos, páginas electrónicas, noticieros de radio y televisión y creadores de contenido se siguen enfrentando a la disyuntiva de publicar o no estos hechos que se presentan en la entidad para evitar ser un blanco.

En las últimas semanas han aparecido cada vez más denuncias de mujeres víctimas de situaciones de acoso sexual y laboral dentro del gobierno que encabeza Cuitláhuac García Jiménez.
En este espacio se han documentado varios casos en los que se encubre a violentadores y prácticamente se obliga a las víctimas a desistirse de sus denuncias y hasta a “conciliar” con sus agresores, revictimizándolas y colocándolas en situaciones de riesgo para su propia vida, al exponerlas a un recrudecimiento de la violencia en su contra.
El número de casos registrados en la Secretaría de Educación de Veracruz, vía todo el sistema educativo estatal, es pavoroso. En 2022, se presentaron 100 denuncias por violencia de género, acoso laboral, hostigamiento sexual y acoso sexual, mientras que en el 2023 las denuncias rebasaron el centenar.
El gobierno, más allá de la sola Secretaría de Educación, está perfectamente al tanto de estas cifras, que se reportan al Instituto Veracruzano de las Mujeres en la Actividad Institucional de la Alerta de Violencia de Género, en el apartado del Programa de Sensibilización del Hostigamiento Sexual y Acoso Sexual.
Sin embargo, la respuesta de las autoridades siempre es la misma: recibir las denuncias pero no darles curso. Y en el inter, hostigar, amedrentar y acosar, ahora laboralmente, a las mujeres que se atreven a denunciar la violencia machista, sexista, verbal y hasta física que sufren en sus centros de trabajo.
Pero la SEV no es el único espacio del gobierno estatal -ése que lanzó una supuesta estrategia de “cero tolerancia a la violencia contra las mujeres”- en el que el acoso sexual es algo común y cotidiano.
Durante la marcha por el Día Internacional de las Mujeres del pasado viernes 8 de marzo en Xalapa, fueron exhibidos en pancartas como violentadores y acosadores sexuales y laborales varios funcionarios del gobierno de Cuitláhuac García, incluidos dos titulares de dependencias.
Eran ni más ni menos que el secretario de Infraestructura y Obras Públicas, Elio Hernández, así como el director de Proyectos, Programación y Presupuesto de Carreteras y Caminos Estatales de la misma dependencia, Herman Alderete, quienes aparecieron en pancartas tildados de “acosadores, violentadores y misóginos”.
Elio Hernández es además esposo de la magistrada “exprés” Ailett García Cayetano, quien a su vez es hermana de la ex secretaria de Trabajo Dorheny García Cayetano, ambas cercanísimas del gobernador Cuitláhuac García, que por esa razón las favoreció durante todo su sexenio, mientras que a él lo sostuvo en la SIOP a pesar de las múltiples inconsistencias, obras de baja calidad y sospechas de manejos irregulares en la asignación de contratos.
Otro de los exhibidos fue el director del Instituto Veracruzano de la Vivienda (Invivienda), Hazael Flores Castro, sobre quien se colocaron carteles durante la marcha donde se le señalaba como “acosador sexual”.
El mismo viernes, el Capítulo Veracruz de la Red Nacional de Mujeres Defensoras de la Paridad en Todo hizo público un pronunciamiento en el que sentenció que no se ha cumplido con el mandato legal de prevenir, atender, sancionar y erradicar la violencia en contra de las mujeres que habitan el territorio veracruzano, ni con las que laboran en cada una de las dependencias de la administración pública veracruzana, “como ha sucedido en los casos de acoso y hostigamiento sexual y laboral que sitúan a esta administración como un foco de violencia hacia las mujeres que en ella laboran”.
Recordaron que el primer caso en hacerse público tuvo lugar en la Secretaría del Medio Ambiente, “en donde las víctimas tuvieron que salir a los medios de comunicación para atraer la atención hacia la protección que se brindaba a un agresor que estaba en el ánimo del que gobierna, canonjía con la que abusaba del poder acosando a trabajadoras de la dependencia en que servía”.
“De entonces a la fecha, se han hecho públicos casos de acoso en dependencias como la Secretaría de Gobierno, la de Seguridad Pública y la de Educación, en donde claramente la consigna es intentar por todos los medios que las agraviadas no denuncien, llegando al extremo de hacerlas conciliar con sus acosadores, todo con tal de no elevar el número de denuncias sin que haya responsabilidades fincadas a los agresores que siguen protegidos, mientras que las mujeres son revictimizadas, amenazadas y a veces sancionadas por hacer públicas estas violencias recurrentes”.
Es el de Veracruz, sin duda alguna, un gobierno de violentadores de mujeres. ¿Alguien duda por qué el estado es el cuarto lugar nacional en feminicidios al arranque de 2024?
