Omar Rivera Martínez de 67, de acuerdo con reportes policíacos, se suicidó atando una cuerda a su cuello.
Fue la mañana de este jueves cuando familiares del adulto mayor pidieron apoyo al 911.
Paramédicos de la Cruz Roja se trasladaron hasta la 14 entre calles 22 y 24 de la colonia Los Filtros, sin embargo, pese a los esfuerzos no pudieron resucitarlo.
El hombre padecía de inmovilidad en la mitad de su cuerpo.
Fue la Fiscalía Regional quien tomó conocimiento y trasladó el cuerpo hacia el Semefo para la necropsia de ley.

Córdoba, Ver.- Un incendio de gran magnitud consumió tres viviendas construidas con madera y materiales ligeros en la colonia Tierra y Libertad, provocando la movilización de cuerpos de emergencia y la evacuación preventiva de 21 viviendas cercanas para evitar una tragedia mayor.
La emergencia se registró a un costado del mercado La Isla, sobre el bulevar Agustín Millán, donde habitantes del sector comenzaron a percibir humo y el sonido de la madera al incendiarse.
En pocos minutos, las llamas se extendieron hacia dos viviendas contiguas, favorecidas por la cercanía entre las construcciones y el tipo de materiales con los que fueron edificadas.
El fuego provocó momentos de tensión entre las familias, que abandonaron sus hogares mientras intentaban rescatar documentos, ropa y algunos muebles antes de que el incendio avanzara. Varios vecinos utilizaron cubetas con agua y mangueras para tratar de contener las llamas, aunque el esfuerzo fue insuficiente ante la intensidad del siniestro.
Elementos del Cuerpo de Bomberos, Protección Civil, Policía Municipal y otras corporaciones implementaron un operativo para evitar que el incendio alcanzara más viviendas. Mientras los bomberos trabajaban para sofocar el fuego, personal de seguridad recorrió la zona para desalojar a las familias que se encontraban en riesgo.
Como medida preventiva fueron evacuadas 21 viviendas y alrededor de 25 personas fueron llevadas a un sitio seguro. Paramédicos brindaron atención a cinco habitantes que presentaron crisis nerviosa; ninguno requirió ser trasladado a un hospital.
Tras varios minutos de labores, los cuerpos de emergencia lograron controlar el incendio y continuaron con trabajos de enfriamiento para eliminar cualquier riesgo de que las llamas volvieran a reactivarse.
Las tres viviendas afectadas sufrieron daños totales, dejando a las familias prácticamente sin patrimonio. Una vez extinguido el fuego, los propietarios ingresaron entre los escombros para recuperar algunas pertenencias que sobrevivieron al incendio.
Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado qué originó el siniestro. Será mediante los peritajes correspondientes como se determinen las causas del incendio y se evalúe el monto de las pérdidas materiales.
Protección Civil inició el levantamiento de información de las familias afectadas para valorar la entrega de apoyo, mientras la zona permaneció resguardada durante varias horas hasta descartar cualquier riesgo para los habitantes.

Carrillo Puerto, Ver.- Un operativo encabezado por autoridades ministeriales en la comunidad de El Palmar culminó con la detención de tres personas y el aseguramiento de diversas dosis de presunta droga, así como dos motocicletas que quedaron bajo resguardo para las investigaciones correspondientes.
La diligencia fue realizada en un inmueble identificado dentro de una carpeta de investigación relacionada con posibles actividades ilícitas. Tras obtener la autorización judicial, agentes de procuración de justicia ingresaron al domicilio para efectuar una inspección en busca de indicios vinculados con los hechos investigados.
Durante el cateo, los elementos localizaron sustancias con características similares a narcóticos, las cuales fueron aseguradas y enviadas para los análisis periciales que permitan determinar su composición y cantidad exacta.
En el lugar fueron detenidos Luis “N”, de 26 años; Ana “N”, de 35 años; y Edmundo “N”, de 48 años, quienes fueron trasladados ante la Fiscalía Regional para que se determine su situación jurídica conforme a derecho.
Además, dos motocicletas encontradas dentro de la propiedad quedaron aseguradas por las autoridades. Las unidades serán sometidas a revisiones para verificar su procedencia y descartar que estén relacionadas con algún hecho delictivo.
Fuentes cercanas al caso señalaron que el operativo forma parte de las acciones que se mantienen en la región para combatir actividades ilícitas y fortalecer las investigaciones ministeriales en municipios de la zona centro del estado.
Los indicios recabados durante la intervención ya forman parte de la carpeta de investigación, mientras que el Ministerio Público continuará con las diligencias necesarias para determinar posibles responsabilidades y establecer si existen más personas involucradas.
Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado sobre nuevas detenciones derivadas de este caso; sin embargo, las indagatorias permanecen abiertas y no se descartan nuevas acciones conforme avance la investigación.

Amatlán, Ver. – Jesús Bautista, exdirector de Catastro de Yanga y Cuitláhuac y asesor del alcalde de Yanga, Rafael Aguilar Martínez, fue localizado con vida este martes en la congregación de Peñuela, municipio de Amatlán de los Reyes.
Llevaba más de 24 horas reportado como desaparecido.
Según versiones de vecinos, Bautista caminaba sobre el bulevar principal de Peñuela cuando fue reconocido por habitantes de la zona, quienes alertaron a las corporaciones de seguridad. Personal policiaco llegó al lugar, lo resguardó y lo trasladó ante la Fiscalía General del Estado, donde quedó a disposición para declarar sobre lo sucedido.
¿Cómo fue su desaparición?
Bautista fue reportado como desaparecido un día antes, luego de ser interceptado en el centro de Yanga, sobre la avenida 1, entre calles 13 y 15. El reporte activó de inmediato operativos de búsqueda por parte de corporaciones estatales y federales.
Operativo en cinco municipios
Para localizarlo se desplegaron recorridos en Yanga, Cuitláhuac, Córdoba, Potrero Nuevo y Amatlán de los Reyes, con filtros de revisión en carreteras y accesos principales de la región centro de Veracruz.
Un caso que generó atención política
La cercanía de Bautista con el alcalde Aguilar Martínez y con otros actores políticos de la zona puso el caso bajo reflectores desde el primer momento. Mientras se desarrollaba la búsqueda, las autoridades evitaron dar detalles sobre las líneas de investigación.
Lo que aún no se sabe
Hasta el momento no hay reportes de personas detenidas ni información oficial sobre las condiciones en que Bautista recuperó la libertad. Tampoco se ha confirmado si hubo alguna negociación de por medio.
La Fiscalía General del Estado mantiene abierta la carpeta de investigación para esclarecer los hechos. El desenlace contrasta con otros casos de desaparición en la región, que a la fecha continúan sin resolverse.
