Cordoba, Ver. – Un minúsculo grupo de empresarios se han apoderado de miles de pesos que diariamente entran al fideicomiso por el uso de los parquímetros, sin que la sociedad cordobesa se vea beneficiada.
Desde su creación, con el ex alcalde Tomás Ríos Bernal, el dinero que automovilistas pagan para poder estacionarse en la vía pública es utilizado a comodidad de los empresarios, principalmente los ubicados en el Centro de Córdoba.
Hasta un millón de pesos mensuales suelen recaudar los aparatos ubicados en calles estratégicas, sin embargo, hasta ahora, el dinero sólo ha sido utilizado para componer las banquetas pese a que, en su momento, se dijo que harían obra pública de prioridad.
En entrevista, la alcaldesa Leticia López Landero confirmó que hasta ahora Ramón Romano presidente del Fideicomiso no ha rendido cuentas claras a la actual administración para ejecutar proyectos importantes.
Son 30 millones de pesos que tienen en cuentas bancarias, pero no quieren hacer uso de él, a pesar de que la administración municipal solicitó el apoyo para ejecutar algunas obras de impacto colectivo.
“Se negaron a aportar recursos para obras como la del mercado Revolución, la compra del Cine Olimpia para edificar un Auditorio Municipal, la adquisición de un hospital para convertirlo en un Centro de Rehabilitación Infantil, entre otros proyectos”, aclaró.
La alcaldesa recordó que este fideicomiso fue creado por la administración de Tomás Ríos Bernal, y quedó en manos de empresarios, quienes deciden qué hacer con los recursos que provienen de los parquímetros instalados en la ciudad.

Córdoba, Ver.– Ante la generación de más de 200 toneladas de residuos sólidos al día en Córdoba, la regidora novena Vania López González señaló la necesidad de abrir el análisis para la creación de un relleno sanitario regional, proyecto que, dijo, deberá discutirse entre alcaldes de municipios vecinos y autoridades del Gobierno del Estado.
En el marco del arranque del programa “Córdoba + Bonita, si todos le damos una manita”, la edil destacó que el crecimiento de la ciudad y su actividad comercial han incrementado la producción de basura, lo que obliga a plantear soluciones de fondo para el manejo y disposición final de los desechos.
López González explicó que, si bien las campañas de limpieza y la promoción del reciclaje son acciones necesarias, también se requiere infraestructura adecuada que permita atender de manera responsable el volumen de residuos que diariamente genera el municipio.
“Córdoba produce más de 200 toneladas de basura cada día, por lo que es importante comenzar a dialogar con otros municipios de la región y con las autoridades estatales para analizar alternativas que permitan atender este problema”, expuso la regidora.
Mientras se avanza en la búsqueda de una solución integral, el Ayuntamiento puso en marcha acciones para fortalecer la cultura ambiental, comenzando con un programa piloto de limpieza y manejo responsable de residuos en el primer cuadro de la ciudad.
Como parte de esta estrategia, personal municipal realizará recorridos de 11:00 a 17:00 horas en la zona centro, con el objetivo de reforzar las labores de limpieza y promover entre los comercios la correcta separación de los desechos.
Durante la presentación del programa también se informó que se desarrollarán jornadas para la recolección de materiales reciclables, principalmente PET y cartón, en coordinación con diversas dependencias municipales y organismos empresariales.
La regidora Vania López González reiteró que la participación ciudadana será clave para avanzar en la construcción de una ciudad más limpia, al tiempo que insistió en la importancia de impulsar soluciones regionales para el manejo adecuado de los residuos sólidos.

Córdoba, Ver.– La iniciativa privada y el Ayuntamiento de Córdoba presentaron el programa “Córdoba + Bonita, si todos le damos una manita”, una estrategia que busca fortalecer la cultura ambiental mediante la participación coordinada entre autoridades municipales, sector empresarial y ciudadanía.
Durante el acto, la regidora novena, Vania López González, presidenta de la Comisión Edilicia de Fomento Forestal, Ecología y Medio Ambiente, destacó la importancia de sumar esfuerzos para consolidar acciones permanentes que contribuyan a mantener una ciudad más limpia, ordenada y con mayor conciencia ambiental.
El programa se desarrolla en coordinación con la Jefatura de Protección Ambiental, Limpia Pública y la Cámara Nacional de Comercio (CANACO) Córdoba, además de integrar a CANACOPE, CANACINTRA, Fomento Económico, Bienestar Social, Comunicación Social, Hidrosistema y el Consejo Consultivo del Medio Ambiente.
Entre las acciones contempladas se encuentran la capacitación a locatarios y comercios establecidos, el impulso al barrido del frente de establecimientos, jornadas de limpieza en colonias y el desazolve de alcantarillas en el centro de la ciudad, con el objetivo de reforzar prácticas responsables en el manejo de residuos.
El primer banderazo del programa se realizará el próximo 6 de marzo a las 11:30 horas en la esquina de calle 1 y avenida 3, conocida como Calle del Arte.
Autoridades recordaron que el área de Limpia Pública recolecta residuos orgánicos e inorgánicos, los cuales deben entregarse en bolsas cerradas, mientras que Protección Ambiental recoge materiales reciclables como vidrio, cartón, PET, HDPE, papel y aluminio los lunes y jueves a partir de las 10:00 horas, solicitando que se entreguen separados y limpios.
Con esta estrategia conjunta, autoridades municipales y representantes del sector empresarial buscan reforzar la corresponsabilidad social en el cuidado de la imagen urbana de Córdoba.

Córdoba, Ver.,– Como parte de su agenda de trabajo enfocada en el cuidado del medio ambiente y el fortalecimiento del tejido social, la regidora novena, Vania, impulsó la realización del curso “Foto de Calle con Perspectiva Verde”, iniciativa que promovió la cultura ambiental a través de la participación ciudadana.
El Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, mediante la regiduría a su cargo, reunió a ciudadanos interesados en explorar la fotografía como una herramienta para generar conciencia sobre el entorno urbano y natural, fomentando una mirada más crítica y sensible hacia los espacios públicos.
La capacitación fue impartida por el fotógrafo e investigador social Jorge Negroe, quien desarrolló un programa que combinó teoría, práctica y reflexión colectiva. Durante las sesiones, las y los participantes aprendieron a utilizar la cámara digital o el teléfono celular para contar historias visuales que inviten al cuidado del medio ambiente.
Como parte de las actividades prácticas, el grupo visitó la laguna El Porvenir, donde realizaron un recorrido en trajineras que permitió profundizar en el análisis de las relaciones entre sociedad y naturaleza, así como en la importancia de construir un equilibrio entre el desarrollo urbano y la conservación ambiental.
Asimismo, se efectuó un ejercicio de foto avistamiento de aves, promoviendo la observación consciente y el respeto por la biodiversidad local.
Con este tipo de iniciativas, la regidora Vania reafirma su compromiso de impulsar acciones que fortalezcan la educación ambiental, la participación ciudadana y el sentido de pertenencia entre las y los cordobeses.
