Transportistas piden homologar leyes
Veracruz lleva un atraso significativo en esta materia de tránsito y transporte
Orizaba, Ver. – La Federación Veracruzana de Transportistas pidieron a los diputados locales homologar la Ley Federal de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial.
El secretario ejecutivo de la Federación, Tomás Marín Arellano, dijo que con ello en Veracruz se determinará que la movilidad y la seguridad vial sean derechos humanos.
“Hace falta darle armonía a las leyes de tránsito y transporte. Falta hacer un análisis a conciencia, hace falta que las leyes del Estado tengan considerados conceptos humanitarios, de derechos humanos”, dijo.
En conferencia de prensa, recordó que la federación propuso una adición al último párrafo del artículo 4to de la Constitución, con el objeto de que la movilidad y la seguridad vial sean considerados como derechos humanos en la Constitución local
Veracruz lleva un atraso significativo en esta materia de tránsito y transporte.
“Vemos que varios estados de la República ya cuentan con su Ley de Movilidad, como Quintana Roo, Puebla, Oaxaca y han tenido resultados favorables”, aseguró.
Recordó que en mayo pasado fue aprobada la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, aunque todavía hace falta que se emita el reglamento respectivo del nuevo ordenamiento.

Inauguran en Yanga el Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario “Te Quiero Yanga” – DIF PILARES”

Yanga, Ver.– El municipio de Yanga cuenta desde este 2 de marzo con un nuevo espacio dedicado a la capacitación y convivencia comunitaria, tras la inauguración del Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario “Te Quiero Yanga” – DIF PILARES, impulsado por el Ayuntamiento en coordinación con el Sistema DIF Municipal.
El centro, ubicado en la Casa de Cultura, abre por primera vez en el municipio con el objetivo de ofrecer talleres y actividades dirigidas a niñas, niños, jóvenes y mujeres, enfocados en el aprendizaje de habilidades prácticas y el fortalecimiento del desarrollo integral.
Entre la oferta de actividades se encuentran talleres de panadería y repostería, artesanías, artístico infantil, corte y peinado, guitarra, zumba, crochet, terapia de lenguaje y aplicación de uñas acrílicas.
Las autoridades municipales informaron que estos cursos buscan brindar herramientas que permitan a las y los participantes desarrollar capacidades productivas, fomentar el autoempleo y fortalecer la economía familiar.
Asimismo, señalaron que el espacio también pretende convertirse en un punto de encuentro para promover la convivencia, la inclusión y el trabajo colaborativo entre las familias yanguenses.
El programa DIF PILARES – “Te Quiero Yanga” forma parte de las acciones municipales orientadas a ampliar las oportunidades de capacitación y generar entornos que contribuyan al bienestar social.
Con la apertura de este centro, el Ayuntamiento y el DIF Municipal buscan consolidar una estrategia de atención comunitaria que priorice la participación ciudadana y el desarrollo social en el municipio.
Las autoridades invitaron a la población a acercarse a la Casa de Cultura para conocer los requisitos y horarios de inscripción a los distintos talleres disponibles.

Tepatlaxco, Ver.– En vísperas de la celebración del Xochitlalli, tradición que se lleva a cabo cada primer viernes de marzo, la presidenta municipal Erika Jáuregui Hernández realizó un recorrido de supervisión en los trabajos de acondicionamiento del acceso a El Boquerón.
Durante la visita, verificó las labores que se ejecutan en la zona con el objetivo de garantizar que el camino se encuentre en condiciones adecuadas para el tránsito de vehículos particulares y motocicletas, considerando la afluencia de visitantes que se espera durante esta festividad.
El Xochitlalli, palabra de origen náhuatl que significa “ofrenda floral a la tierra”, es una ceremonia ancestral mediante la cual se agradece y se pide bienestar, salud y prosperidad.
En Tepatlaxco, esta tradición reúne cada año a familias y visitantes que acuden a participar en el ritual y convivir en un entorno natural.
Autoridades municipales informaron que las acciones realizadas buscan brindar mayor seguridad y facilitar el acceso al sitio, permitiendo que la celebración se desarrolle en mejores condiciones.
El Ayuntamiento reiteró la invitación a la ciudadanía a asistir y vivir esta experiencia cultural, promoviendo el respeto por las tradiciones y el cuidado del entorno natural.

Chocamán, Ver.– Una fuga registrada este día en la línea principal de conducción de agua proveniente del manantial que abastece al municipio provocó la suspensión temporal del servicio en diversos sectores de Chocamán.
De acuerdo con información oficial, el incidente se originó por un daño en el ducto principal, lo que generó una fuga considerable y afectó el suministro hacia los hogares que dependen de esta red.
Tras detectarse el problema, personal del Ayuntamiento acudió al punto afectado para realizar las maniobras correspondientes y reparar la línea.
Las labores incluyeron la localización del tramo dañado, el cierre preventivo del flujo y la intervención técnica para restablecer la conducción del agua.
Autoridades municipales informaron que los trabajos se efectuaron durante el transcurso del día con el propósito de solucionar la situación en el menor tiempo posible y reducir el impacto en las familias.
Se indicó que, una vez concluida la reparación, el servicio comenzaría a restablecerse de manera gradual en las zonas afectadas, debido al tiempo que requiere la red para recuperar presión.
El Gobierno Municipal exhortó a la población a hacer uso racional del agua durante el proceso de normalización del suministro y mantenerse atenta a los avisos oficiales sobre cualquier actualización relacionada con el servicio.
