Lo encuentran sin vida en el baño

Córdoba, Ver. – Un hombre de 67 años fue encontrado muerto en el baño de su vivienda.
Omar Rivera Martínez de 67, de acuerdo con reportes policíacos, se suicidó atando una cuerda a su cuello.
Fue la mañana de este jueves cuando familiares del adulto mayor pidieron apoyo al 911.
Paramédicos de la Cruz Roja se trasladaron hasta la 14 entre calles 22 y 24 de la colonia Los Filtros, sin embargo, pese a los esfuerzos no pudieron resucitarlo.
El hombre padecía de inmovilidad en la mitad de su cuerpo.
Fue la Fiscalía Regional quien tomó conocimiento y trasladó el cuerpo hacia el Semefo para la necropsia de ley.
Córdoba, Ver.- Después de permanecer casi tres años evadiendo a la justicia, agentes de la Policía Ministerial lograron la detención de Bertín A. M., de 28 años de edad, señalado como presunto responsable de asesinar con una escopeta a su pareja y a un menor de edad en la comunidad de Tetla, municipio de Chocamán.
De acuerdo con las investigaciones, los hechos ocurrieron en abril de 2023 dentro de una vivienda de dicha localidad, donde el hombre habría disparado contra su pareja, identificada como Ernestina “N”, y contra el hermano de ésta, quien era menor de edad.
Las indagatorias establecen que el ataque se habría originado tras una discusión entre la pareja presuntamente motivada por celos.
Durante el altercado, el ahora detenido presuntamente tomó un arma de fuego tipo escopeta y accionó el arma contra ambos, provocándoles la muerte.
Tras el doble homicidio, el presunto agresor huyó del lugar, por lo que la Fiscalía Regional inició una carpeta de investigación y se desplegó un operativo de búsqueda para dar con su paradero.
Con el paso de los meses, agentes ministeriales continuaron recabando datos de prueba y realizando labores de inteligencia que permitieron ubicar al sospechoso, por lo que finalmente se ejecutó la orden de aprehensión en su contra.
Luego de su captura, Bertín A. M. fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial y posteriormente quedó internado en el penal de La Toma, en el municipio de Amatlán de los Reyes, donde enfrentará el proceso penal correspondiente por estos hechos.
Tezonapa, Ver.- Autoridades estatales y federales realizaron un operativo de cateo en un domicilio ubicado en la localidad Puente Chilapa, en el municipio de Tezonapa, donde fueron aseguradas varias unidades con visibles daños de desvalijamiento.
La diligencia fue ejecutada por fiscales, peritos y policías ministeriales de la Fiscalía Regional Córdoba de la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), en coordinación con elementos de la Secretaría de Marina, Guardia Nacional y la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP).
El cateo fue autorizado por un juez y se llevó a cabo al interior de una vivienda señalada dentro de una investigación en curso.
Durante la intervención, las autoridades localizaron motocicletas y vehículos que presentaban daños por desvalijamiento, además de diversas placas de circulación correspondientes a diferentes entidades del país, las cuales también fueron aseguradas como indicios.
Todos los objetos encontrados en el inmueble fueron asegurados y embalados conforme a los protocolos establecidos, para posteriormente ser puestos a disposición de la autoridad judicial mediante la cadena de custodia.
Los indicios quedaron integrados a la carpeta de investigación correspondiente, mientras continúan las diligencias para determinar la procedencia de las unidades y su posible relación con otros hechos. Hasta el momento no se ha informado sobre personas detenidas.

Cuitláhuac, Ver.- Un adolescente de 17 años de edad perdió la vida la noche de este jueves luego de ser atropellado por un vehículo cuando circulaba a bordo de una motocicleta sobre la autopista Veracruz–Córdoba, a la altura del municipio de Cuitláhuac.
De acuerdo con los primeros reportes, el joven se desplazaba sobre dicha vía rápida cuando, por causas aún no esclarecidas, fue embestido por un automóvil cuyo conductor no detuvo su marcha y se dio a la fuga tras el impacto.
El fuerte accidente provocó que el menor saliera proyectado varios metros sobre la carpeta asfáltica, quedando gravemente lesionado. Automovilistas que transitaban por la zona dieron aviso al número de emergencias 911, lo que movilizó a cuerpos de auxilio y elementos de seguridad.
Paramédicos que arribaron al lugar intentaron brindarle los primeros auxilios; sin embargo, debido a la gravedad de las lesiones el adolescente ya no contaba con signos vitales, por lo que se confirmó su fallecimiento en el sitio.
Elementos de la Guardia Nacional División Carreteras acordonaron el área para evitar otro percance y realizaron labores de abanderamiento mientras personal de la Fiscalía Regional y peritos criminalistas llevaron a cabo las diligencias correspondientes.
Posteriormente se efectuó el levantamiento del cuerpo, el cual fue trasladado al Servicio Médico Forense (Semefo), donde quedó en espera de ser identificado oficialmente por sus familiares.
Hasta el momento no se tienen datos del vehículo responsable, por lo que autoridades iniciaron las investigaciones correspondientes para tratar de ubicar al conductor que abandonó el lugar del accidente.
El hecho generó tráfico parcial en la zona durante varias horas mientras se realizaban las labores periciales. Autoridades exhortaron a los automovilistas a conducir con precaución y respetar los límites de velocidad en esta transitada vía.
